Charley on the chat has been very helpful & patient with me. I have asked loads of questions over 2 days & she has answered everything quickly, politely & with all the information needed. I can’t comment on the bed because I haven’t received it yet but even arranging delivery hasn’t been any trouble. I wanted a later delivery than stated & Charley sorted it for me. So far so good dealing with this company.

Bought a new mattress last week from the Helsby show room . Alan at Helsby was so helpful and knowledgeable. From the minute we walked in he was attentive and patient with our indecision eventually we decided on one and Alan talked us through the buying process. Would definitely recommend Land of Beds.

Avoid this company at all costs. After many delays, I finally received delivery of a Hypnos headboard I ordered a number of months ago . I had a number of issues with the headboard and I did not feel that it was anywhere near the standard of product that the price warrants. On both the main headboard and the wings the fabric is not cut straight anywhere, the staples attaching the fabric to the board are beyond messy and in some places have been applied twice, and the pieces of fabric that were cut out to allow the bolts through to attach the wings to the headboard look like they have been sliced at random rather than deliberately cut. The fabric still has marker marks on it showing where it should have been cut and the corners have been bunched in a ham fisted way rather than folded. Also the board is not one soild piece of wood but rather two rough pieces stapled and glued together. The fabric at the back has been ripped where a cut has been made to allow it to be attached to a devan. In addition the fabric used looks worn in places, this combined with the wings been delivered attached despite the website saying that they were seprate and the lack of new fabric smell lead us to fear that potentially we had been delivered a return or seconds. The packaging that the item came in was also ripped and scuffed. I was very disappointed with this product and contacted Land of beds to return the item and obtain a refund. I was asked to send photos, which I did and was asked to wait while they contacted Hypnos. After a couple of days I contacted Land of beds for an update and was informed that Hypnos were very disappointed that the head board had left their factory in this state and that they were arranging a replacement. I explained that I wished to return the item and have a refund rather than a replacement and was told to leave it with them to see what they could do. After hearing nothing for a couple of days I contacted Land of Beds for an update again. On this occassion it was implied that I had damaged the head board by removing the wings and that the wings were not removable despite it clearly stating on the website that they were. Once this was cleared up and land of beds accepted that their website was at fault, the item has since been removed from their website, a refund was promised and collection promised to be arranged within 48hours. Sortly after this conversation I recieved and email asking how I had removed the wings, they are held on by three bolts, so Land of Beds knew best how to repair the item. I want to be very clear that no damage was done to the item when removing the wings. I'm unsure if they intend on reselling the item or not but I would not want to recieve it if they did. Certainly when the headboard is marketed as bespoke. It is now four days since I was promised that collection would be arranged and I have heard nothing. I will soon start paying installments on an item that should be collected returned and a refund issued but I constantly seem to meet with stalling tactics and attempts to shift blame onto me. I'm hoping that this will be resolved without further issue but the hope is slim. As I said at the beginning avoid this company at all costs.

Land of Beds have great customer service, second to none. I’ve used them once before and it was a no brainer going back to them to make a considered purchase of a mattress. Very patient answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

Bought the bed in August but the material I wanted wasn’t due in until October which suited me as I was in process of a house renovation. They contacted me early October to say bed was ready but I wasn’t, so they happily stored it until I was. Bed delivered today & installed by Mike and his work mate. They could see I had new carpet & asked if they should remove their shoes. I had put plastic down so not a problem. They were very polite & efficient. Very good job. Looks fabulous.

Land of Beds is a great company to purchase an adjustable bed and mattress if you have joint and back pain. The prices are also reasonable, and the customer service charley was very helpful. I heartily recommend it. I highly recommend buying an adjustable bed if you need one

I had a problem with my order (through no fault of the company but through the finance company) and received amazing customer service. Sarah was wonderful throughout and ensured my order would arrived to my new property on time. Can’t fault them, thank you again.

Great delivery service. Kept us informed at all times. Set the mattress up for us in the correct room. Easily arranged finance. No fuss. Only downside was the long wait for delivery. 7 weeks. However we understand that each Relyon mattress is individually made to order.

Our hunt for a new mattress was a bit like Goldielocks and the 3 bears, some places had terrible customer service (couldn't even be bothered to ask if we needed any help) some were over enthusiastic (hovered constantly and we struggled to get out of the door) and then there was Land of Beds, who got it just right. Charly, on our first visit was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. Alan on our 2nd visit, to make a purchase, was equally helpful. They matched an offer we'd seen elsewhere and the whole ordering process was handled efficiently. Outstanding customer service.
