Excellent service from start to delivery. Julie was extremely helpful in-store with no sales pressure just good advice and lots of patience! Mike delivered the mattress very efficiently and was very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend the company to family and friends.

I started the week knewing I wanted a new mattress as my current one is too soft and unsupportive of my back. Julie was really helpful in talking me through options and was patient with me whilst I decided which bed and mattress I'd like to go for. Fabric samples arrived the day after ordering. Under 10 days the mattress sunk by 50mm in the middle! The reason why I dumped the old one.. The sales staff wrote it off as "they're all like it"!

Very, very poor customer experience. Once they had my money, completely lost interest in delivering the mattress. Only when I cancelled the order did they decide to deliver the mattress. I duly accepted delivery on the promise of compensation for the poor service. Needless to say this never arrived. Avoid!
