Charlotte went out of her way to suggest a couple of alternative Hypnos mattresses to a particular model I was thinking about buying. I appreciated her emailing me a couple of weeks later to check how I was doing with the purchase. It’s rare to find such good customer service and support even when you are investing over £1000 on a single item!
I found the Vispring mattress I wanted at the best price and with a free mattress protector. Expected delivery was within five weeks, but actually delivered, after a phone call arranging it, just two weeks later. Mike phoned me on the day 30 minutes before delivery, and he and Alan arrived on time and were friendly and cheerful. They took the new mattress to my bedroom, unwrapped it and put it on the bed base, and took the packaging and my old mattress away with them, as arranged. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from Land of Beds.

We recently purchased an Emma mattress from "Land of Beds" from their Wigan Branch. The Salesman "Darren" is an absolute gem of a guy and has great knowledge of the industry. Nice chap, very polite, not at all pushy and he gives you plenty of time to make your mind up 10 out of 10 stars from us.
Spoke with Darren on the phone, he helped me decide which duvet mattress etc was right for how I sleep, super helpful throughout the whole process with any questions I had, couldn’t recommend a better salesman/company! Defo comming back

Once order was placed they kept me up to date with regular texts, bed was delivered in a few days the delivery guys were lovely even when I asked them to wear shoe covers (cream carpets) they were more than happy to help.
