Nicola rang to inform me that the bed base colour I chose isn’t available , sent an email to maybe choose another colour , however when I ring back it just rings off , tried umpteen times , this isn’t good

I rang Charlotte to place my order as I had an unusual request that wasn't offered online, she kindly called the manufacturer and they are able to offer me what I wanted. Thank you for your help it was much appreciated.
I bought the mattress from land of beds and on their website it says I will have superior sleep experience and mattress is very comfortable with 3 years of warranty. Guess what happen, the mattress is very low quality and I had inferior sleeping experience, worst mattress you could buy from them, I could feel the bed woods on my back and have caused lower back pain. They are not ready to refund my money, Very Disappointing experience with their mattress. Don’t recommend their mattress better to buy from Dunelm for cheaper price and better quality.

Alan was so helpful and he didn't put any pressure on us to buy. We were buying two single beds with mattresses and headboards so our budget was a bit limited but he walked us through all of the pros and cons. This means we will have bought three beds from the Helsby shop now.
The mattress topper is not as soft as expected. Land of Beds service and delivery are excellent. But, the 60 day satisfaction scheme has a lot of conditions.

I initially was just browsing, however found a mattress from a particular brand I have been wanting for a really long time, at a cheaper price than I’d seen elsewhere. I tried to place an order, but my initial finance application was declined. However, the next day Darren from Land of Beds called me to let me know that I could apply with an alternative finance provider. I was accepted and finally got to place an order for my dream bed! Darren kept me informed through out the whole order process, especially with the finance application and answered all my questions. I’m now like a little kid at Christmas waiting for my order to arrive so I can finally get the perfect nights sleep.
