Ordered lamps and waited 7 days. Called then to be told that goods were damaged in transit. Apparently I needed to chase up delay before they would even investigate non delivery. They assured me they would send a new batch. Then called 11 days to be told delivery was not made because of incomplete address details! Will I ever get my money back? Useless bunch of incompetents.
I was looking for a standard tube replacement, after a quick "online chat" via the website I was provided with the information that I needed. The tubes turned up promptly and did exactly as they should. The provide a nice bright, clear light that is easy on the eye. I have already suggested this site and tube to friends etc..
All Fine and as expected
The bulbs were showing as out of stock on the website but I phoned up and spoke to a very helpful lady who said they would be back in stock the next day. This was on a Thursday. Rather than having to wait for the website to be updated the following day, I was able to place my order over the phone and they arrived early on Saturday morning which I was very impressed with

I was able to find the exact light tubes I needed straight away on the LampShopOnLine's simple to use web site. Superb value, I was able to buy 10 tubes for about the price of 1 listed at my local DIY Superstore - who had none in stock and then told me the size was discontinued and I'd have to get an electrician to install a new light fitting! It was easy to place my order on line with LampShopOnline in the comfort of my own home and receive instant confirmation that payment had been successful. Service was simply excellent with clear communication and very fast delivery of securely wrapped and labelled tubes in perfect condition. I fitted one straight away and now enjoy the correct lighting in my kitchen! Order delivered in very good time. Light bulbs well package and so arrived intact - I had wondered about this when I ordered something so fragile on line. But all was well.

Placed my first order on the website 22/10/19. Did not receive anything so contacted the merchant and was told that some of the items were not in stock. I stated that I was okay to wait for the full order to be sent out, which would be less than a week. After two weeks nothing sent so contacted merchant by email and part order was sent next day. Asked merchant when the rest of the order would be sent and was ignored, sent more emails and was ignored. I have today (27/11/19) requested a refund because they are not the kind of business who deserves my money, will shop elsewhere.
Dreadful experience. Original sample orders not shipped then subsequent order of £2000+ arrived badly packaged with some 1200 x 600 panels damaged. When we began to install we discovered that 4 panels were the wrong colour. Tried to get replacements but the product was then out of stock (strange our order quantity was for exactly the amount in stock at the time). Then 17 panels were returned by another customer, (which I would have assumed could have solved our problem) but only two were shipped out to us. Again these arrived with little protection (only the original cardboard box and two straps) and as such I am expecting the units to be damaged as a result.
Professional class outfit. First order placed January 2018 and never looked back. Multiple orders placed and always easy and efficient transaction. I will be back again early 2020 for repeat order. Oh nearly forgot to mention ' Prices are very competitive' :-) Thanks Again Regards Chris
