It was not good. The order acknowledgement had all my details correct but the parcel was delivered to a different person in the building and her husband received an email to say the parcel (of which they had no knowledge) had arrived. Luckily I went searching for my parcel and found it with help from reception. Absolutely crazy and a bit scary.

I have used LampShopOnline before and found them very good. However, this time FedEx was used as the courier and they are terrible. FedEX attempted delivery one day early without any notification to me. The card that was left through the letter box said that my items would be delivered by 10:00am the following day. So I stayed in until 10:05 and had to leave. My wife stayed at home until I returned at 13:00 hrs only to find that I STILL haven't received my delivery. Tues 3rd March 2020.

Great company to deal with. Four 6ft LED battens and tubes ordered which arrived within 48 hours. One tube was broken by the courier I believe. Rang the company and a new tube sent out directly, no issues. Easy to fit and have ordered more. Would definitely recommend this company.

Received my well packaged LED floodlight from LampShopOnline today. Took a week to deliver but living on an island that is expected. Bought to replace a cheaper light from a nation wide superstore, let’s hope it lasts much longer.

Brought some LEDS from these guys and they was brilliant, there was an error as not all of the order was delivered by the carrier, however, they shipped the rest of the goods on a next day before 12 at their cost and refunded me the original carriage charge, they jumped on this like a flash of lightning. well done guys, excellent service, and excellent product. thank you.

paid on the 15th via paypal , its now the 26th and nothing not even an email to acknowledge order, very poorly managed. email address is rejected by server how lone does it take to send 5 bulbs would not recommend this company at ALL

I had a difficulty in finding a replacement fluorescent tube that had been long out of manufacture. Found LSO and found the website easy to understand and search. There was no fuss to ordering and payment was simple. I requested next day delivery which came as expected. All in all a very good experience. Highly recommend.
