Great service and product , on delivery the 2 fluorescent tubes were broken in transit , found after opening package , phoned and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and 2 replacement tubes arrived the next day , so fitting is great and would highly recommend Lampshoponline , I will certainly use them again .

I needed a bulb for a prehistoric piece of kit (30 years old). Found an exact match with these guys, and we are now spending family time looking at old slides while under lockdown. Delivery was excellent and well protected. There was no manufacturers packaging. So no details of correct way to install lamps. For instance pins marked L and N does it matter if the lamp holders are going to be opposite?1 see Is there any warrenty? That seems to be absent. The delivery note attached is almost illegible as the printer was running out of ink. I will need to keep that as proof of purchase.

After a minor problem identifying the correct item, it was sorted on the chat line... And an unfortunate accident by the couriers who damaged the package and broke the lamps... Replacements arrived early the following day (quicker than expected). Excellent pricing. The delivery cost has increased since my last order, but considering the current rates, it was not at all unreasonable. I would certainly use again and recommend.
