More than a week waiting for my knife, sent them 2 messages asking about the product and no answare. No shipping email nothing.
Very good choice of kitchen knives, which was what I was looking for. The prices are competitive, the only small drawback is that delivery via UPS is a bit slow for some reason. But that would not be a reason for not buying here. I keep the company on my first preference list, if they don't have what I want then maybe I don't need it !! I will be back again, I just know it.
The shop is great, no issues what so ever, however, using UPS as a courier is a big downfall, they are by far the worst, trying to redirect a package just won't happen.....
Products great however the shipping service leaves something to work on. The claim of free shipping over 100 Euro is not correct - as it should have a note saying that some countries are more.

Na stronie widniały artykuły do zamówienia, w tym jeden z terminem 3 dni. Po tygodniu oczekiwania, w odpowiedzi na moje pytanie (sami się nie skontaktowali), otrzymałem informację, że czas dostawy jest nieznany (!). Wcześniejsze zamówienia obsługiwane były wzorowo. Niestety nie mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić.

I purchased some EDC folding knives and my last purchase was a Hultafors Splitting Axe, The Axe arrived in a very strong Cardboard Box, when l opened the box, l was very pleased to see it very well secured within the box, no chance of movement whatsoever, I was thoroughly impressed as I was with the beautiful Axe, l though what attention to care, Class A Knives and Tools, Class A shipping !!!

The service was excellent and the product very well packaged. The product is also excellent and exactly what is required from length, handling and weight.
I ordered a leather apron and it arrived within a week to the fairly large rock that I live on out in the Atlantic Ocean. I thought it might take a bit of 'breaking in' to soften it somewhat, that it might hang a little stiffly at first; not at all. The leather is soft and supple, of excellent quality and manufacture. I will most definitely be ordering more from the company. I highly recommend them.
