After buying a premium-grade torch from them, they could not supply a spare part. General communication has been very poor, even cheeky. Rubbishy site. Never again

I have ordered a Whusthof knife set on 21st of March. After 5 weeks of waiting I have been informed that my knife set isn’t available, but I can pay extra 95£ to get exactly same knives in a black stand instead of wooden ones😂 Never again

Speedy service and a beautiful knife. Somehow I missed the gift wrap option (this was a gift) but the box it came in was beautiful anyway and the recipient was delighted.
No ability to cancel an order even 1 hr after ordering. then took 2 days to dispatch and a week overall to arrive. Should have been able to cancel my order given how long it all took
High quality products. Visuals on web page were misleading i.e. small knifes looks larger while large ones looks smaller. Would be good to have a scale on visuals such as size of a quarter etc.
