Overall, the experience of purchasing items from Knivesandtools was very satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate, the product range and product information were comprehensive, and pricing was competitive. Once ordered and paid for, the items were despatched promptly and tracking information was transparent. The one unsatisfactory element concerned the final delivery: the delivery operative rang the doorbell, but didn't wait for someone to answer the door before leaving almost €600 worth goods outside, admittedly partially hidden from view by a parked car. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

This is my second purchase from knivesandtools, first was the spyderco salt serrated and just recently the spyderco dragonfly 2. Both excellent quality and very sharp from factory. Very pleased with knivesandtools. Post arrived safely and items were packaged well. No issues that would stop me buying here again.
Update: The response from KnivesandTools (below) is a lie. They did not resolve the issue. In fact after taking a week to respond it appears these liars didn't ever read the emails in the first place. Last August I ordered a knife. Later I ordered an Zwilling knife sharpener. It's bad enough I they only finally arrived in November. When they did the knife looked like it had been out of the box. The knife sharpener was missing one of the sharpening stones. Instead of sending a new stone I've had to pack up both items and return them. The items have arrived back in Germany but I have not had a refund. Despite six emails and a week waiting for a reply I still have had no answer from customer service. dubusa%hotmail.com
Good service, arrived on time. Issue was the quality of the product. I bought a tomahawk, which had the tag of "throwing axe" in it's description. The head is constantly falling off of the shaft. They provided a small screw to help fix the head, but all that did was leave a big gouge in the handle the next time the axe head came off. I lost the head at one stage (I throw outdoors) and had to spend 15 minutes looking around for it as it separated from the handle after the throw. I expected more for something advertised as a throwing axe.

Product excellent and expedient delivery and service
I would really like to give you a good rating because the product quality is good, and I am satisfied with my purchase. However, unfortunately, you use UPS as your delivery service, and it is a terrible service. I wasted two days waiting for delivery, I was at home, but the driver only left me notices about rescheduled deliveries. Finally, on the third day, I received the package, but at a completely different address. I hope that in the future your company will allow customers to choose the delivery company. I would even be willing to pay extra, as long as it’s not UPS. Therefore, my experience is only 1 star. Thank you.

Well I am a knife collector and I love outdoor & everyday survival gear. This is 1st time I give rateing to anyone. The all knife I got from here were PERFECTLY made (mabey Im just lucky, idk :D).
