I ordered a some things from knives and tools, about three weeks later I find the package open tossed outside my house, an item was missing, when I contacted them it took three weeks for them to organise a replacement which has still not arrived, I had to constantly ask for updates and if I did not they would have continued to ignore me, by far the worst customer service I have experienced. However they do supply great products at decent prices.

Its fast delivery, but i was surprised the package was open, it could be the post office, but the package is already see through, no idea why its open, it also had finger print smudges on it.
