Customer service very poor, your service agent couldn’t help provide a screw missing from an mkm root I purchased from you recently. The screw was probably in place when delivered to me but shouldn’t have come loose and lost with very little use, I would have thought your customer service should have offered a solution of some kind. Customer service is probably a pain to companies these days but can win or loose customers.
Great selection of products. Clear info on stock availability and dispatch times. Delivery was delayed but this was an issue with the carrier and not not the dispatch. Overall great experience.
