the knife l got was of bad quality the blade was loose when open. not happy with it. l have a no 6 and a no 8 and very happy with them.

As another review has mentioned, there has been no ownership of their problems. Between the merchant and the delivery company, they lost an entire pallet of stock. Unfortunately the merchant decided to pass this problem on to the customer, demanding a 3-week wait in the hope that the items would be delivered (with minimal communication during this time), before offering to withhold 50 % of the refund until the imaginary delivery arrives and is returned. I have requested a refund and have received no response since. I am in the process of initiating a chargeback with my card issuer just to try and get a refund for the non-delivery.
Anything I ordered from here is always top class and their service is second to none I have been using knives and tools for years and will continue to do so 10 out of 10
Everything came as promised. Good delivery time. No complaints. I got the HORL 2, so far I like it a lot.

Items did not arrive. Got message blaming the courier and you had no idea where the parcel was located. Insufficient ownership taken by Knives and Tools.
Still haven’t received my item. Don’t know when i will. Just an email about some generic nonsense about courier losing parcels.
Bought 2 de buyer frying pans, i knew what i was getting since i've been a cook for 30 years and often used this brand. As for the service, just great. Been able to track my order all the way, no delay, no probs with delivery.
