This website is a great discovery and I was pleased to find such an amazing selection of professional-looking knives. I needed an extra long bread knife, which I found here. I did have an issue with a product on arrival, therefore with the knife manufacturer and not with KitchenKnives, and Amy in Customer Services dealt with it quickly and with no bother to me at all. The knife sharpener I ordered was delivered promptly and safely. I was also given a free gift of a good quality pair of kitchen scissors which was a lovely surprise!

Avoid! I ordered two knives in mid-December, one of them I received after three weeks and the other one did not arrive at all. At the beginning I’ve been told the second knife will be shipped mid of January, then end of January and then “next week” Knife never arrived. Waste of time, never again.

Absolutely mediocre customer service, their so-called system could not verify that I’m a registered voter, you are told that buying with credit card or voter registration verification will suffice for the purchase of the knives. When this failed no one contacted me I had to chase them and then they did not accept evidenceof registration and demanded photo ID. All of this could’ve been done a few days ago their follow-up and customer service is clueless and has a we cannot be bothered attitude.

Third time ordering from Kitchen Knives and once again service, communication, products and delivery were spot on. Great range covers everything for the basic to serious chef and everyone in between. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have bought a number of Global Knives all from kitchen knives. They are all excellent products I promised myself that I would replace my aged French Knives with good quality Japanese knives. Amazing customer service and the cheapest price I can find for Wusthof knives even compared to Amazon! On Wednesday/Thursday, I emailed to say that I’m having friends around for a Chinese New Year dinner on Saturday and would love to use the new knife, customer service put in the delivery immediately without extra charges. I could have received the knife on Friday but storm Eowyn hit Scotland so I received the knife on Saturday instead. I tried the Wusthof Classic 20cm knife as soon as I got it. The best knife ever! Precision cutting!
