Easy to order, quick delivery. These were a present for my son but global are my knives of choice and ive been using them since the late 80s early 90s.

Took ages to despatch the product despite paying £20 for courier shipping to Guernsey. I had to call them to chase despatch and I was promised it would arrive next day. It did not, it still didnt despatch the next day. It arrived 4 days later. It long missed the date I needed it by as it was a gift. A disappointing experience.

Order placed at the weekend ,order was dispatched very quickly beginning of the week after. Unfortunately it was DPD that caused delivery delays over a week late and a few other issues but Kitchen Knives were extremely quick to reply even on a Sunday tea time to a message which i was not expecting so couldn't ask for any more ,had a lovely chat with a very pleasant lady on the Monday morning also by which time DPD had sorted themselves out so no further action was required .Excellent product and Fab prices would use again and excellent customer service thank you.

I was searching for some Zwillings pans and KitchenKnives had the best price (even compared to John Lewis). I was also offered a free gift which was a pair of kitchen scissors. The pans came in perfect condition and the kitchen scissors (Taylors Eye Witness 23cm Kitchen Shears) are the best kitchen scissors I have ever had. I highly recommend this site and will use them again.

Although one item was not in stock they tried to update me and send the other items quickly.

The company brought me the package bent and a few scratches, did not inform me if it is allowed to give the package to foreign neighbors when I am not at home.The discussion was repeated 2 weeks, I gave some proofs and sent the pictures, order number and delivery... Nothing solved... Dishonest and didn't check the package or they knew it was defective..

Overpriced knives and fake shipping times. They claim their knives are on sale (eg 33% off) but it's the standard price on other sites, make sure to shop around. Also, I ordered two knives and delivery took over two weeks. After chasing, as they were supposed to arrive in a few days, they said they were already sent out, but then emailed me the next day to asked me if they could replace a knife as one I ordered was out of stock.

You have a great range of knives and good prices. It was easy to find what I wanted and to make the correct choice. I can recommend you.

I bought a Wusthof bread knife and I think the tip is damaged so I contacted Kitchen Knives only to be told that was the design of the knife. I offered to send in a photo but this was ignored in the reply. I don't think Wusthof send out knives where you can see raw unfinished metal at the end. I will not be buying from this company again. The delivery was also painfully slow.
