Ordered Zwilling 7 piece self sharpening kitchen knife set. Items arrived well packed, within time and have used them a few times. The knives balance well and are heavy without being too heavy and the edges are razor sharp and glide through the cut with little effort. I have had various sets of knives and although this set is the dearest, it is also the best.

I have recently had occasion to place three orders with this company. The knives I brought were very favourably priced - much cheaper than if I had bought them in a specialist shop. Purchased a set of three Japanese knives which were blunt. I sent videos to the company to show that they are blunt but I was told that the knives are not meant to cut tomatoes (which is the food I was cutting in the video). I was then told to test the sharpness on a piece of paper despite the fact it was quite evident the knives could not even cut a tomato. I felt I was getting nowhere so I gave up on arguing with them. Overall, a terrible customer service experience and three blunt knives which I can’t use.
