OK, on the really good side I would give 5 stars for the service in ordering and delivering the battery. The drill that it fits is really amazing! On the downside it's less than 3 years since I bought the drill and batteries and, with less than typical DIY use, I was suprised it failed so quickly which has to mark it down. I have gone on Which forums recommending these British drills, I hope I wasn't misguided in doing so

I'm surprised by weight. Very light and comfort in hand. But, unfortunately, torque is not 700 Nm as it said, but around 200 Nm

I have used these for a few years now as I run a scaffolding company and have 5 impact wrenches. Started off very good service I don’t know what’s happened but the quality of service provided and quality of the wrenches are shocking. I spoke to the receptionist two weeks ago to be told my impact wrench was in for repair on friday . This gun had only been back with me two weeks after supposedly having a full rebuild due to ware and tare. I’ve rung today for the guy to tell me it will be going in to the workshop this Friday coming. They have had the gun since 17th February and now it’s the 7th March. I’m waiting on them to return it to me as I have two more that are faulty again. I won’t be sending them back I will be changing to a more reliable company from now on.

I have only used my impact gun a couple of times, first impressions I’m very pleased with it.

I now have a whole set of fielder products it is the after sales service that makes this brand so great I've had 3 items to wrong . It sounds bad but they do get used and I'm ashamed to say abused but they get sent away and come back brand new fabulous service no other companies ever come close

I bought my impact 700nm wrench of a Facebook link and was a bit wary of scams. So I rang the Keilder telephone Number was answered straight away and spoke to a very pleasant lady. I gave her the reference I had and she confirmed that was correct and was told it was being packed and I received it next day. Nice to actually talk to people and not all emails that get you no information. Top company.

I had a query once I'd placed the order and had to phone customer services. I did not have to wait on hold in a queue but got through to a real person straight away. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend.

Hassle free transaction, They went above and beyond to help me. I ordered a impact gun from them direct , then I ordered a box for it from their eBay store. The day after I placed the order they called me to say the box i ordered wouldn't fit the gun I ordered and they were checking to see if I knew that, I told them the box was for that gun and they said they'd send the correct box for it. Very impressed by the product and customer service so far 👍
