Seriously amazed and very pleased with consistent superb customer service. Above and beyond in spades. A faulty drill spindle resulting in a replacement sent. Unfortunately it was modified as my drill was old meaning a new Chuck needed and this was also sent out. These all came to Africa !!!! one way or another. Unfortunately customs in Zambia didn't like one of the items which has been held. So what did kielder do for me to address MY PROBLEM, not their problem. Mine !! The sent me an entire new drill body. So not only were they going above and beyond on a out of warranty drill they've now sent me a new one! Seriously you'd not get this from any of the others. Just amazing service and staff. Easy to get on the phone and super helpful. UK company and a Yorkshire Company. It shows.

Ordered KWT-014 TYPE18 Brushless Combi drill which is of great value, lightweight, and quality. Comes with a carry case, a few drill bits, and 3 years warranty (registration required). Used it a couple of times, pretty happy with it. It would have been good if it came with a handle and a few screw driving bits.

Purchased a drill kit already own a 3/8 drive impact wrench which is great so bought the drill to replace my Makita drill what a great tool light and does everything a great bit of kit

My purchase was delivered very promptly and well packaged to ensure it would be received in pristine condition. The drill was supplied as a boxed set with two batteries. These were fully charged and shows that the company prides itself in preparing the deliveries for each customer. I have tried the drill and it works smoothly, is well made and provides confidence that it will continue to deliver excellent service. The communication from Kielder was excellent and their Website is clear and easy to navigate. Registration of the product for an additional 2 year guarantee was simple and acknowledged via email once completed. In summary, Kielder are a professional company with sound business sense and products.
