Order process is easy to use ordered bank holiday Sunday arrived via dpd Thursday. Tools look and feel very robust. If you get the plastic cases like I did for my impact gun, they are probably the best I've seen with the inserts removable to be placed in tool boxes. Looking forward to using the tools. Update: So I've now used the tools and wow amazing a tiny gripe is the trigger delay on the 1000nm impact gun, when your trying to be gentle it's not always achiveable.
