Kielder have things which you cant find anywhere else and are easy to order from.
We have now purchased a total of 5 battery rivet guns and 4 no have had nothing but problems. Machine mart have sent these back on numerous occasions and these seem to take an eternity to be repaired, definitely not fit for a busy sheet metal workshop. Two have been back within two weeks of purchase and have continued. We have started sending them direct and communicating direct. As these have been returned a number of times over the past two years you would think they would want to rectify the problem and keep the customer base whom purchases multiple tools, but no, you are directed to either scrap them fix them your self or pay to have these repaired AGAIN! Poor quality and have moved to purchase a different make going forward, customer care is extremely poor.

In recent months I have bought a torch, grinder, high torque gun and much more I received an email saying a new compact gun was out and the last day of the offer price £149.99 with a free spanner set or torque sockets, I didn’t need either of the freebie’s, The day I took delivery another email with a new offer the same gun £119.99, Sorry but that’s not on and I will never buy again
I purchased 2 X impact wrenches from kielder 12 months ago and my experience has been nothing short of horrendous. Both the wrenches themselves and the service I experienced from kielder fall a long way from what is acceptable. Both wrenches have repeatedly broken despite limited use and upon returning them I wait several weeks for repair. In addition to this Kielder aren't in the slightest bit interested in hearing my complaints/concerns and state their repair times fall within their set time frames. My latest experience involved a broken wrench being returned to me only to stop working after 2 weeks of limited use. I'm my personal opinion despite the cheaper price for these tools they are not worth the money as you don't get to use them very much as they're constantly being repaired. Pay a bit more and get a quality product and quality service.
