Great bit of kit well made and quick delivery
i bought this impact wrench for use in my garage.Itook out the extended warranty the wrench stopped working so i sent it back to mpd who supplied it. The repairs too weeks eventually it arrived in working order a few months later it stopped working again so of it went for repair it was weeks before i decided to call apparently it had not arrived a few weeks later i called again only to be told i would have to pay for the repair even though it had 3 year cover saying it was wear and tear this i find disgusting service i have a busy workshop so the wrench gets used every day it is clearly not fit for purpose and should only be sold as a diy tool not a professional tool at all i will never purchase any tools from you in the future aviod avoid avoid

Fast delivery, UK based, quick turnaround on repairs but would like to see more spare parts and upgrades available would also like to see a charger for drills and impact guns where the whole body can just be slid on to a charger without battery removal so full power maintained at all times (battery removal still optional) and of course the three year warranty,would also like to see more tools available and a better quality drill with duel bearing support as their current models have a slight waggle on the chuck.

Heard great reports about the company, and the quality of the tools they sell. On the back of that I bought a 1/2" gun. Arrived quickly, and I fully charged it. Was due to do an event, and took the gun out for some pre event testing. Took off two wheels, then it stopped, then started, then stopped, seemed to have a loose connection. Phoned Kileder, and left a message asking them to call back, also emailed. Got no phone call, but did get an email. Immediately things were difficult, they seemed in no hurry to help, or to offer any real apology. Gun was sent back. They said they would repair, at their discretion! I asked for a replacement, which is my right. Point blank refused. Reminded them of the distance selling regulations, again didn't want to know. It was just block after block, and still no call to discuss despite my requests. Bitterly disappointed by this, thought I was doing the right thing supporting a British company. Maybe I just got the wrong guy to deal with my complaint, but won't be dealing with them again.

Miss leading advertising and when phoned customer service did not get back to me to try rectify my issue. The product is ok. I’ve been in the motor trade for 45 years running my own business. It’s not as good as other makes I’ve got. But this is not my issue.
I was looking for something heavy duty enough to replace my old impact wrench but needed something lighter. I looked at other wrenches and Keilder seemed to get good reviews. Used it for a few weeks now and all seems good beginning to look at the other tools. On the basis the 1/2" drive gun seeemed good, I bought the 3/8" version and looking at other tools in the range. Delivered next day.
