I ordered a fan remote from this site because I lost my original one. Although the button configuration is slightly different than the original remote it serves the same purpose. The first remote was shipped in 1.5 days which is EXCELLENT. However, the batteries kept popping out and wouldn’t lay in the battery compartment correctly causing the remote to not function correctly. I Called customer service and they shipped another one out in 1.5 days and it works just fine. I love a company that stands behind their products and takes care of their customers!!! I would recommend this product and website to anyone.

The ceiling Fan was sent to us straight away, assembly and instructions are very clear. The light is definitely a statement piece and very beautiful. Throws off allot of air and is very quiet. Highly recommend.

Pros and Cons Con - my light arrived and the glass globe was broken and it was missing one part of the hardware for installation. Customer service had long wait times and did not respond to a message left on Saturday. Pro - Customer service, once reached, was pleasant did a good job of helping to verify the missing piece and put in an order for that and replacement glass immediately. The shipping times were exactly as anticipated. Bonus - ask for additional discount on phone order.

Ordered 4 lamps, 2 of which had minor finish blemishes and 1 did not hang square with its down rod. I managed to hide the blemishes from view and straightened the lamp with the bend. I realize these are not Hubbardton Forge lamps but I did expect it to hang straight.

Beautiful light, and the really fast shipping blew me away. We decided to get a dimmer because the lights are quite bright. I love that the canopy easily hides the hole cut too large that typical 5" canopies can't cover. Perfect for our dining room.
I ordered two fans and you shipped one because the fan had been discontinued. You did not notify me that there was only one fan. If you had alerted me immediately I would have chosen another fan and it would have been here when the electrician arrived. As it was I had one fan in a situation that required a pair. I ended up getting a lesser pair of fans at a big-box store. Customer service was very nice when I called, but Kichler dropped the ball here.
