We had a problem with our garden table, namely some splitting of the wood and some paint covering. We got in touch with Kettler whose customer service is second to none. Professional , friendly and efficient who promptly replaced the table under warranty. Unfortunately the first table delivered was the incorrect size, we got in touch again and a replacement table was delivered without delay. Cannot fault this company or the delivery company they use. Top marks Thank You.

Having notified kettler that one of our patio chairs had badly finished paintwork kettler offered, without argument, to replace the complete set. The replacement set was not available for some weeks but a good set was delivered efficiently with regular contact from kettler throughout the process.

I had an issue with both my tables that were starting to rust. I contacted Kettler under the warranty service and both have been replaced with no issues or arguments. Great service thanks.

There was an issue with the paint finish on a garden table. Kettler promptly accepted responsibility for this and under the three year warranty they exchanged the faulty item. Very good service. Would recommend.

We ordered the Hampton 6 Seat dining set, delivery was good and the quality of the set seemed great. Unfortunately the chairs had a manufacturing fault which made it impossible to assemble them. They replaced the chairs but the new set had the same fault which now results in the whole set being returned. Can’t fault Kath from the customer service team, she replied quickly and organised delivery and collection very well but very disappointed with the outcome as no alternative resolution was offered. Definitely stay clear of the Hampton dining set, unless you just need the table.

5 stars deserved, excellent customer service. We would say one of the best around. We have had problems with our chairs rusting (live by the sea) over the years. Thankfully the 2nd table has not. Just had our last lot of chairs delivered with some good advice, on using car wax shampoo to help preserve the furniture . Thank you Kettler

I suppose, when you don’t know what to expect it is a nice surprise when you receive speedy, efficient, and postitive service. Very happy with the replacement item that was arranged to be sent before they replied in writing.

We brought palma corner set, it came with covers despite ketler denying this... my reason for contacting them, we are in year 2 and despite our having to repair the covers numerous times and sending photo evidence ketler insist they are not at fault and we are out of warranty.. we chose what we thought was a reputable company who have refused to replace these very poorly made covers...we are extremely disappointed and now have a very expensive furniture set uncovered... must check the warranty on that! Lastly, the tone of your customer service is something I would not wish to portray to my own staff..shocking attitude.

More than we ever expected from our warranty claim, which was almost a year out of date! Very prompt response to our initial email explaining the problem that had occurred. Kettler offered to replace our faulty item on production of our receipt, which we had. The replacement item was delivered and the faulty item collected at the same time within a week. Will certainly use you again and recommend you too. Well done Kettler!

Customer service is excellent. We had 2 warranty claims, both were dealt with promptly and without hassle. I highly recommend them.

The customer service after care was excellent.A prompt response and super helpful with advice and solution.Our garden metal table and chair was replaced (due to rust) under their 3 year warranty efficiently as we still had our proof of our purchase. High recommended.

This is the second occasion over a number of years that I have needed to call on the warranty service of a Kettler product and on both instances I have found their customer service of high quality. The faulty item in the Parasol product on the recent claim was swapped out in a timely manner and the customer services team prioritise addressing your issue and ensuring they deliver a solution. I will continue to use Kettler products for both their quality and the follow up service for those occasions when product support may be required.

I’m really impressed with Kettler. Not just the quality of the products but the customer care which is second to none that has prompted me to write this review. Around 5 years ago I made my first Kettler purchase, a metal dining table and chairs & it still looks like new. In the summer I purchased the Palma day bed which I absolutely love, a relaxing chair & side table.There was a slight issue with a cushion on the daybed.I called the customer services & they were brilliant. Kate managed my case & I felt listened to & understood The issue was quickly resolved & the communication I received from her was excellent. The only issue I have now is that I appear to be addicted to their products 😂 My husband & I visited their Redditch store for the sale & we were really impressed with the staff who were so friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble many thanks to Dawn, Dean & Kat & others who I’m sorry I can’t remember their names. So I walked away with a new barbecue, parasol with LED lights & Bluetooth speaker, cube table & stools, four Palma LED lights, a patio heater & a tabletop heater!!!!!! I’m really happy & would highly recommend. If you are looking for good quality garden furniture & excellent customer care you can’t go wrong with Kettler

I attended the clearance event and bagged a great bargain on a new parasol. It was really well organised, well staffed and clearly set out. Would have been even better if they had had a bistro set as we were also after one of those, but they had several dining sets at great prices too. Well worth a visit.

We purchased a Kettler parasol and wireless speaker via a department store. This was delivered promptly and was very good. We had an issue with the wireless speaker after the warranty had expired. This was not an issue for them and they sent a replacement at no cost. This is customer service of the highest level.

Visited the Kettler warehouse last week for their sale. Really friendly helpful staff and excellent offers on a larger range of garden furniture. Purchase parasol and daybed which we are very happy with.
