Following my 1-star review on 16/4/24 regarding the state of my Cora outdoor dining table, Kettler asked me to contact them to discuss the matter. All the staff I came into contact with were very friendly and professional and I am pleased to say the table has now been replaced. Great service.

Initially we were very pleased with service that we got. The quality of the furniture is very good. However when part of the product failed, they refused to accepted liability even when under guarantee

From my first contact with Kettler I was treated as a customer Not fobbed off like some companies do, my issues were fully understood and appreciated and was advised they may come under the warranty period, after a bit of confirmation etc Katie Beverly customer service said no problem and duly advised me the parts are on their way ! Wow what a girl ! She certainly knows her stuff , I am so grateful for her assistance I would thoroughly recommend Kettler and staff as one of the best companies I have ever dealt with

I contacted Kettler when my table started rusting after only 2 years. They immediately agreed to replace it under the three year warranty based on the photos I sent. There was a slight delay as they were out of stock but their communication was excellent and I now have the new table. Hoping this one will last for many years as our previous one did.

Managed to damage some cushions from a Kettler garden set. The customer service team were very good and the after sales representative I spoke with was charming and helpful in resolving my order for replacement cushions/covers. Happy customer.

Great quality furniture and good value for money. Purchased the large pagoda parasol, corner sofa and table and it's transformed our garden. Weather proof and hardy, which is useful in the UK!! Customer service was excellent when we had to swap one of the parts of the parasol, great Comms and simple process!! Would certainly recommend.

Purchased the Kettler Menos Versa corner set in May 2022 and it is still looking perfect after 2 years of use! The furniture is really high quality and this particular set has such a clever design which allows it to be configured in several different seating arrangements yet it packs away into such a small space...absolute ingenious!!! Contacted customer service about starting the warranty 3months after purchasing, due to garden redesign work running late, and they sorted it without hesitation. Would highly recommend Kettler and their products.

Recently purchased 110cm mesh table with 4 siena chairs amazing quality love them, great customer service would recommend 100% and no hesitation in purchasing Kettler products again.

Bought a storage box online from another company. Realised when trying to erect the box that it was faulty. Kettler were superb in not only sorting this out but delivered and erected a new one on site. I have lots of Kettler products and this was the first time l had experienced a problem. Cannot fault their customer service. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service - We bought a corner unit and fire pit table last year. So far Kettler have sent 3 different tables to me, each one worse than the previous one. I have asked to replace now and was told we are not making them any more! Really poor customer service

I recently ordered some accessories for our Everdure grill , and I'm thoroughly pleased. Their prices were significantly cheaper than what I found elsewhere, and the delivery was exceptionally fast. I received the items promptly without any issues.

I purchased an outside light and heater that I absolutely love I got it out to enjoy in the evenings and it no longer works. I contacted Kettler and they responded very quickly and replaced the item. Customer service was fantastic and I will order from them again. Thank you Neil Wilkes for your help.

We decided last year to treat ourselves to the palma corner fire pit set. Very expensive but kettler are ment to be top of the range. In Feb I saw an offer and went for it, reduced to £1599. We ordered through gardens4less, great company and have had no problems with them. Item was delivered and corner sofa is great, well made and cushions are great quality. However the table had damaged on it. Scratches on the legs, top and the control for the gas was damaged. Got in touch with gardens4less and they went straight to kettler. They apologised and said they could send out a new table in Jul. No stock. But to use the old one. Jul came and they emailed me to tell me that a new one was on route and to dismantle the old one ready for collection. They arrived but hadn't brought the new table. Again chased them, 2 days later the new one arrived, table is great not a mark on it but sadly glass surround was damaged. Again chased them. Non in stock and have to wait. Eventually I will end up with a decent garden set. Expected far better from a premium company. All customer service has been good but can't believe there is no quality control from Kettler. My advice is if you decide to buy from them check the items immediately, we did want to expand the set but won't be buying from Kettler again. We also had to buy the covers from different suppliers as they are always out of stock, they are kettler covers and they are already fading but claim to be UV protected. Again these are really expensive, £160 for both. I don't recommend kettler as a premium product. Update 30/07/24 finally got the new glass replaced today. That's 6 months from initial order to get a garden set in good order. Shocking company. 2nd update, gas regulator is broken in the box. Again chasing kettler to replace broken parts. Do not buy kettler products. Absolutely horrific.

Kettler garden furniture is the best quality. Had mine for many years. Needed to get a couple of foot caps for my Classic chairs. Contacted Kettler customer services because I couldn't find a match online. Kat Woods sorted it out in no time at all. Happy days!

I had to return a Everdure Force BBQ due to a faulty finish. Kettler handled the return in an excellent manner and supplied me with a brand new replacement. Full marks to Kettler and in particular Kath W. Great aftercare service. Thank you.

Had some beautiful garden furniture from Kettler. Lovely six seater table and chairs, couple of loungers, and cute Boho bistro set. Fantastic quality, prompt delivery and excellent customer service from Kat Woods. Would highly recommend them. Customer service is outstanding. Now somebody please tell the sun to come out so I can use these lovely products ☺️ Thank you Kettler!
