I emailed kettler on the off chance they could supply the pole bit that goes into parasol that had gone missing. Not only can they supply it the price was £12 and delivery for free. The customer service was very helpful and knew exactly the bit I needed. Excellent service and I don’t heap praise often.

Recently purchased footstools from Midlands garden centre, one was faulty and the coating was coming off, contacted the garden centre direct who in turn contacted Kettler, with a 3 day turnaround the faulty stool was uplifted and replaced. The service from both the garden centre from Oliver and staff was absolutely excellent and unheard of in today’s climate. This is reassuring as I went on to buy the chairs and sofa and now the coffee table from the Elba range. Thankyou Oliver at midland garden centre and Kettler, fantastic service!

I am specifically rating warranty claim. Although it took quite few months I was kept in the loop and finally got the product replacement. It is too early to judge if the replacement will not develop the same fault (wood splitting) as it was probably made in the same factory using the same method (pressing 2 pieces of wood to make it into 1 wider piece). Time will tell if replacement was worth it.

We bought an Elba Dining table just under a year ago, and surprisingly I sent off the warranty. On giving the table a spring clean a chunk of wood fell off - probably a large knot. I contacted customer services and they immediately apologised and asked when it would be convenient to deliver a replacement. Wow. Big thanks to Kate Beverley, Kettler Customer Service Agent

We bought a Kettler Elba outdoor dining table and 2 benches and are absolutely delighted with our purchase. Originally bought and delivered through a garden centre, we couldn't attach one of the table legs because the holes in the aluminium frame would not align. Contacted Kettler and they were brilliant. I must particularly single out KATE BEVERLEY in customer services who organised everything for us very efficiently. She organised collection of the faulty table and delivery of the new table all within 1 week and we're really happy with both the service and the product. Only thing we would mention, we bought the Hardwood Shield transparent spray at £24.99 to protect the wood and gave the wood 2 treatments but we also trialled different products and actually found that a beeswax polish is much better at nourishing and protecting the wood...just an observation.

Have just bought a Kettler Cora 120cm table and 4 chairs. Delighted with the look and the design, especially with the 'limed' finish of the timber. All well built and good instructions for the easy construction process. Cushions very robust and comfortable. One bolt on the table was faulty (wouldn't tighten), but Kettler replaced it (for free) as soon as I informed them about it. No other fault at all at present, and the set looks really good in our small town garden, without looking bulky or visually overpowering. Would recommend this set.

I have had the pleasure of owning the Palma Corner suite for many years and after a quick email to customer service I ordered new seat covers to make my set look like new again. Excellent product 100% recommended. A special thanks to Kat in customer service.

I rarely write reviews but in this case Kettler deserves a big pat on the back. I wish all companies treated their customer's as Kettler do. I have never had to wait to speak to someone and they have sorted queries and issues immediately, without fuss. We have quite a lot of Kettler garden furniture and they would always be my first to consider as I know the product is quality, but equally as important, they care about their customers. Not the norm in many organisations, unfortunately. Paul

Not usually one for writing reviews, but have been compelled to on this occasion. Had an issue with a cracked Kalos fire pit top which is just over a year old. I was waiting for all the excuses under the sun why it couldn't be replaced, like some companies I've experienced, but I used the online warranty claim tool and surprisingly 2 days later I received an email to arrange delivery of a replacement. Refreshingly good customer service from Kettler, and friendly, helpful and polite service from Kat Woods. Well done Kettler

Received our new steamer chairs from Kettler, a huge thank you to their customer service department (special mention to Dean) for sorting an issue for us. It is easy to write a review when things go well, but even nicer to be able to write a good one when an issue has occurred and the company sorted it out, swiftly and they are left with a happy customer.

I purchased a Kettler copper outdoor heater which rusted on one part of the stand. I contacted my retailer who contacted Kettler who replaced it under warranty swiftly and efficiently. Excellent customer service. RR100022500

We have quite a few different Kettler products and although fairly expensive they are by far quality that is expected. We have had a few problems with a Kettler Fire Pit and Kettler have been absolutely fantastic and acted immediately. I can not recommend Kettler enough. Thier customer service is brilliant and have no hesitation in recommending Kettler to anyone.

Discovered that our grey finish furniture set requires annual refinishing, and that only Kettler sell the necessary stain and hardwood shield needed. It is premium priced and you cannot buy except from Kettler direct. Thier mail order is shambolic. Slow on dispatch, and then mislabelled, stuck in a TNT depot for days with nobody progressing things until I chased, then pacckage damaged and disposed of and no action by Kettler until I intervened. Kettler's response was to propose to send me by way of compensation an arbitrary product unrelated to my requirement and unusable by me (which I asked them not to send). Not very smart customer relations. Their furniture is OK, though not of the premium quality their ads suggest. But I would never have bought if I had realised what a hassle and expense the maintenenace was going to be. I suggest careful consideration before selecting Kettler furniture. It is also notable that most of the positive reviews on Trustpilot relate to warranty claims due to (poor) product quality, which ought to tell you something.

Purchased an Elba 6 seat table and chairs in grey colour for £1,250; Within 3 weeks of purchase the grey coating was peeling away right across the top and sides of the table. Contacted Kettler in order to have this replaced only to be told that i needed to have immediately treated the table on purchase, by buying additional products that they didn't supply, and that are not advertised as being required on any websites or materials; And that I would need to fix this myself. Having purchased a product at the upper end of the market, I was really expecting more from both the product and the customer service. I am now left with a table that is peeling, and a different colour to the chairs where this has not happened! So disappointed.

I purchased a Kettler Gazebo from a third party supplier and when I received it, there were a number of small items missing. As I wasn't able to contact the supplier on the day of delivery at the time I'd noticed, I e-mail Kettler directly to see if I could purchase the parts required and received an e-mail the next morning from their Sales team to advise they had sent them in the post. There was no charge (despite it not being their direct responsibility) and I received the items 24 hours later. Absolutely amazing service. No fuss and made dealing with them a pleasure!

Warranty claim on garden table, sorted extremely quickly and without fuss. Delivery within 10 days of claim being submitted. Whilst concerned that we had to make a claim, the whole thing could not have been dealt with any better - thank you!

I had a problem with a metal garden table I had bought 3 years ago. I contacted kettler fir advice and they arranged to send me a replacement and take the old one away. Everything done within 2 weeks. I’m delighted. What an excellent company to do business with!

I love the look of the kettler garden furniture but after the first year leaving it in the garden the table and one chair had rust on it probably through being by the coast so contacted kettler as it had a three year warranty and I was so impressed, everyone was so friendly and helpful and replaced the items as soon as they were in stock. The collection of table and chair and delivery of the new items was really good as well. Very good service which is so unusual these days, will always buy from them again. Great company.

Fantastic service on a warranty claim. Kettler responded very quickly and kept me fully informed of the collection of the faulty and redelivery of replacement furniture. I cannot fault them. Thank you Kettler your staff are a credit to you.
