Excellent Customer Service and replacement provided in a timely and professional manner. Gary the representative was excellent at our property and provided great support. Kath at customer services also gave accurate and considerate timescales

I purchased 2 outdoor Pendent heater lights. Looked fantastic but unfortunately one came brocken. Emailed customer service had a reply same day. Box the brocken one up and it was swopped over within 3 days. 8 months later one of the heaters went faulty. Emailed thinking there would be an issue. No proof of purchas, no packaging, couldn't remember where I brought it. Got a response straight away. Ask if I could check a couple of things on the heater. Emailed back no problem will get one out to you here within 3 days from contacting them

Excellent. I purchased outdoor dining table & 4 chairs in July. When I was packing away chairs for winter I noticed some lose rattan on a chair, I requested a replacement under warranty and within a week a new chair was delivered .excellent customer service and great product. Really good quality.

We bought some Kettler furniture from the Caredo range over ten years ago. It still looks as good as new and we were so delighted with it for its durability, low maintenance, comfort and design that we ordered some extra pieces this year. Sadly one item quickly showed rust appearing at a weld point. We submitted our claim to Kettler along with photographs and received the speediest response. The faulty item was collected and replaced in no time. Many thanks for a seamless and hassle free warranty process.

Excellent communication and service from Kettler's Customer Service Dept. I recently advised them of a fault with a garden chair which was purchased 3 months previously. Their response was immediate and a replacement chair delivered within a few days. A first class service.

This gas fired pizza oven was purchased as a gift. it arrived two days before it was gifted. Great service from Kettler. However, when it was unwrapped by the recipient the outer casing of the oven was damaged along with the gas connections. As it was the weekend, I emailed Kettler directly using their online service. I was able to upload photos and a description. At 9.09 on the Monday morning, my claim had been reviewed and a replacement arranged. Fast service indeed and welcomed by myself and the recipient.A replacement was duly delivered and the faulty goods picked up. Great work, no fuss, no hassle.

Two chairs from a dining set were damaged . The company went to a lot of trouble to find replacements. The process was handled efficiently and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. Very impressive customer service.

One chair on our 6 seater garden table was faulty and when I notified them they immediately arranged delivery of a replacement. The person I dealt with could not have been more helpful. They kept me fully informed about the schedules for collection and delivery and everything went extremely smoothly. Thank you for an effortless service.

Amazing customer service. I registered the table tennis table before assembly. 2 parts required replacing, I emailed Kettler and the parts were received within a week. Thank you Kettler. First class service.

Kettler's customer service was outstanding when I was trying to source a replacement lid for a BBQ. They were super-helpful, quick to organise a delivery, and very flexible and understanding when I made a fairly fundamental mistake. Kudos to Kat Woods in particular for her help.

One of our garden chairs had started to go rusty. We received a replacement from Kettler. It was delivered less than a week after I first contacted them. Excellent customer service.

We had an issue with 1 of our Surf Active chairs, we sent details to customer services and within days we had an email to say a replacement had been arranged. Excellent warranty claim process! TNT delivered as expected.

I bought a table and furniture set last year. I noticed (well within the warranty) that it had loads of splits - emailed them and they agreed to replace it. Since then they have not sent anything and ignored every single message I have sent.
