Went to the kettler clearance sale event with a very sceptical view, but as I turned the corner in the queue and got a peak at the furniture on sale and the reductions ! WOW - worth going if you are after any garden related furniture, prices were ridiculous. First Garden set we saw with a parasol was reduced from just over 2k to £500. Staff were helpful and polite and the whole process of ordering was smooth and hassle free.

Great visit to the factory shop in Redditch. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and gave us great advice when we were not sure which furniture to go for. The furniture arrived today on time and as stated in the text message. Beautifully packaged and looks just perfect in our garden. Thankyou so much Kettler Redditch. Only wish we had brought an umbrella as well.

Following an accident I needed a piece of replacement glass for our table top fire pit. I emailed Kettler and received a very helpful response almost immediately. The piece of glass has been sourced, ordered and is due for collection all within a few days. Customer services couldn’t have been more helpful and the best bit was the price for the part was very reasonable. Amazing!

Our first visit to the factory shop in Redditch. Excellent reception by friendly staff. Excellent selection of products at amazing prices. Very helpful staff who made sure we were fully informed to make the right decision. Furniture due for delivery tomorrow, by arrangement and looking froward to some nice autumn weather to use it.

Bought the kettle patio heater in June which was great but it stopped working by August. Kettler were amazing and sent a full replacement within a week. Hopefully this one lasts!

Bought a storage unit last year and waterproof liner had failed. No question, no quibble provided a replacement, dispatched immediately. Cannot fault after sales service.

We had a warranty on our kettler garden furniture and we had a problem that some rust appeared. Kettler replaced the items very efficiently

Ordered the Kettler patio heater - arrived damaged BUT had a replacement within 3 days - damaged one was picked up and taken back - brilliant customer service and very good value for money

We had spotted rusting on our Kettler table and so took photos and sent off to Kettler. They determined that the rusting had occurred during the warranty period and organised a replacement to be sent out and the faulty table to be returned. Their after sales has been second to none and we will continue to purchase their products in the future. That standard of service is exemplary in this day and age and any company displaying it will always be supported and encouraged by us.

I purchased a Kettler metal shelf unit online from a garden centre. The first unit delivered had one bent leg so the whole unit had to be returned. The same thing happened when we received the second unit. This time I insisted they sent me just a replacement leg which they did but they insisted on the bent leg being returned as they stated they could repair it!!!!! For an expensive item, the unit is not made well at all and the joints are very roughly constructed so I do not feel comfortable placing anything heavy on it which rather defeats the object - very disappointed.

By reading other similar poor reviews the Elba 6 chair dining set clearly has finish peeling issues as mine has within weeks of unboxing and not even being used. Kettler seems to use the importance of maintenance excuse, but fail to recommend to start reapplying the finish on day one. The recommended cleaning and finish products are also very expensive. The finish has delaminated on mine as as it wasn’t applied properly in the first place. My table has split on the corner too. They even blamed the firm I purchased it from which is unbelievable. Each TP reply from Kettler contradicts what they have said to me which again indicates they are fully aware of the issue but cannot admit its product is faulty.

We had bought a kettler outdoor dining set last year and this year it had a damage which could lead to the weaving to come off on one of the sofas. When reported Kettler offered 10% damage refund but when we explained the degree of damage, they were kind enough to replace the entire seating except for the table. What an amazing customer service team. Would definitely recommend Kettler products for it's quality and the company for it's great customer service. Well done guys.

After buying my Kettler garden furniture I've been absolutely pleased with the quality and everything connected with it. Coming to the end of my 3yr warranty I was a little bit disappointed with some bubbling on the aluminium table top,I phoned Kettler customer services which was a pleasant and very helpful experience, the young lady who took the call was very helpful and instructed me on the next step to put a claim in,photos of problem was emailed in as requested and within an hour a pleasant return phone call was received with instructions on next steps on how the situation was going to progress. Emails were received as promised with all courier details,the whole experience was carried out with no problems and a 5☆review was also left for Panther Couriers. 5☆ service from Kettler,highly recommended and you certainly get what you pay for.

We bought a two seater Kettler meno cassis garden set online from Inside out living website which had a slight marks on the table top glass. The issue got reported to Kettler and they immediately sent us the replacement under their guarantee without any fuss . The customer service and the claims section of both companies were great . The product is fantastic and sturdy .The claim was handled very efficiently by Kettler GB. We were very impressed with the speed and efficiency of dealing with the issue. Excellent customer service.

We bought our Kettler corner suite and table through Gardens 4 less , and it was delivered quickly and was easy to put together . Unfortunately there was a slight imperfection to the rattan , so we rang the suppliers and they contacted Kettler . They offered us a new replacement or a discount, and as the imperfection was minor we chose the discount which we then used to buy a side table . We were very impressed with the speed and efficiency of dealing with the issue. Excellent customer service.

Ordered 6 Classic Garden Chairs and table in May 2019. Found rusting and flaking on all chairs in July 2023 so approached Dawson's for a comment. They went back to Kettler and they agreed to replace all 6. This model was not now produced so chose latest model and a few weeks later the new ones were delivered and the old ones removed. I must say that there was no quibble about the time lag between purchase and report so very impressed and would use both Kettler and Dawsons again.

Feeling very disappointed, we brought a 3.5m free arm parasol PL35 with led lights and base, the canopy needs replacing and thought as it was a well known brand we would be able to. We contacted Sales via email and they asked us to send photos to check which type we have. We then went on to purchase 2 which they said would fit, when they arrived they had eyelets and not pockets to hold onto the spokes, we returned them and they refunded, however we now have a useless parasol just because we can’t get a replacement canopy, Complete waste of money, would of been better to buy a cheaper one and replace it when it wears out😡

Having spent £3,500 on matching Kettler garden furniture I was really disappointed when the wooden table top started to peel and look patchy after only three months. The wood on the other items of matching furniture, which are slightly older, are perfectly fine. This disappointment soon turned to anger as Kettler's response was to describe it as "expected wear and tear." Their remedy was to send me maintenance products for me to apply. It's obviously too late to make up for the lack of due care and attention and skill that should have been applied during the manufacturing process. Then to expect customers to remedy their poor quality is just insulting.
