Great quality that lasts. We have owned a large Kettler garden parasol and Palma garden set for 2 years and both have been reliable, hard wearing and a pleasure to use.

We received a Kettler Elba Six Seater Dining Set at the start of June 2022. Unfortunately we had two immediate disappointments. The first was cosmetic - the table top and arms had been stained or painted a very grey colour, which wasn't at all obvious from the photos online. But more importantly two of the 6 chairs had a leg that had buckled and cracked at the weld. The company we had bought it from organised immediate replacements which arrived quickly - but one of the two replacements had exactly the same issue. Finally with a third delivery we had a full set of intact chairs but I have little confidence left in the strength of the chairs. Move forward to April 2023 and as we uncover the dining set after a winter under a thick waterproof cover with vents - the table top has a huge crack. The wood has clearly dried out over winter and cracked. I understand when purchasing an outdoor wood dining set that maintenance will be needed ; but surely not before even a year since purchase?! The company we bought from have offered a replacement so no faulting the customer service of that company but the quality of this set is disappointingly poor and we have no interest in another set of Kettler products.

Customer service and aftercare team have been very helpful couldn't recommend enough after sorting a faulty solar light on my panosol.

Very poor. Spent a lot of money on the palma corner sofa and polywood table. Bought protectors and cleaners from Kettler as such a bid expense so I wanted to look after it. Table had marks regardless. Kettler replaced table but the next table it happened again. Wood top. Would not recommend at all. Regret buying so much.

Unfortunately the table of our Kettler Palma garden furniture set arrived damaged. An e-mail and photo of the damage resulted in collection and delivery of a replacement within two weeks. Excellent service and now enjoying the very comfortable furniture in the sunshine.

We ordered 3 powder coated chairs and rectangular table. One chair had a 3mm area uncoated, we informed Kettler and a new chair was immediately dispatched, without question, and we could keep the original chair. Excellent service, quality product. We've had Kettler outside Powder coated garden furniture for 15 years, uncovered. Fantastic stuff.!

When our garden table arrived with scratches, we informed Kettler and asked for a replacement. They immediately sent one without argument or incident. Sadly the wrong table arrived as the replacement, but when we told them they found the correct one and sent it within 48 hours. Very efficient and courteous customer service.

Really disappointed with my experience and would not recommend. Very poor customer service. One side of the teak side table on my Elba sofa is damaged and has turned blue, despite being treated with Kettler Hardwood shield and being stored under a Kettler 'protective' cover. In 2 weeks of being outdoors the product has turned blue so is clearly faulty. I have asked for 1 of the side tables only to be replaced, the other side is absolutely fine and I'm being told to buy more Kettler product to restore the teak. I sent pictures in my initial email and was told they did not see an issue and the table did not need to be replaced. After responding to ask for an email address to escalate further, I am yet to hear back after a week and a half. I have also put in a warranty claim as the product is under a year old and have heard nothing back in 3 weeks despite Kettler claiming to review and be in touch within 3 working days. Really disappointed with the initial response and lack of follow up on the customer services after spending a lot of money on the sofa set and products to prevent this happening. Avoid. RESPONSE- Pathetic response as expected. Disgusting the amount of money you spend and then to try and call me incompetent. Outrageous customer service. Please respond to my email with your complaints procedure as already requested

Back in January we purchased a quite expensive set of garden furniture including a large table and bench set. The table had a flaw in the top which cause a section to flake off. After just a simple email and a couple of pictures, Kettler responded and immediately agreed to replace the table got a brand new one and take away the old. From raising the issue to the arrival of our replacement table was no more than a couple of weeks. Their communication was excellent and frankly this is exactly what good customer service looks like. I’ve always believed that you only truly know how a company operates if you have to raise an issue. How they deal with a complaint says far more than when everything goes right. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kettler and in purchasing from them again in the future.

Garden chairs arrived damaged, prompt to collect and replace. Discovered table was damaged when assembling 8 months later. Once again, prompt collection and replacement was addressed.

Excellent company to deal with, part was faulty, there was no argument, they replaced it with a more expensive model free of charge and very quickly, really easy to deal with. Very Happy.

Some years ago we bought a Henley Table and six chairs which look perfect in our garden. Three weeks ago when we used the table for the first time this year, we noticed some rust on one of the chairs and a small amount on the underside of the table despite the furniture having a 5 year anti rust warranty guarantee. We contacted Kettler who asked us to send some photos which we did and less than two weeks later they delivered replacements! Fantastic customer service, I just wish all companies treated there customers in the same way.

Our Kettler delivery arrived on a palette all covered with protective paper. Sadly, beneath the protective covers, 7 of the 8 chairs damaged. We were very unhappy and complained to the online company we bought from. They handed the issue straight over to Kettler and we were expecting a bumpy road ahead. Kettler however, we’re exceptionally good. The person we spoke to in their customer services department was outstanding, friendly, efficient, empathetic. The replacement was incredibly easy, the delivery guys were polite and handled everything. All in all I cannot fault Kettler. You always find out about a company best when there’s a problem. Kettler are top class.

We reported a problem with assembling a garden table. It was replaced, and the problem table removed, within days. All is well. Excellent service, and if it ever stops raining we expect to love the set!

Fantastic service from the team at Kettler. We bought a garden furniture set from them. Unfortunately the garden table got damaged during the winter due to adverse weather - we are not really sure. I wrote to the team and there was a "no quibble" approach to offer us a replacement table or replacement parts to fix the table. I phoned the team multiple times (as I got the colours mixed up) and they were always courteous and polite, extremely helpful. The replacement table was provided quickly and they collected the old damaged table too without a fuss. I will definitely buy a Kettler product again in future.

I received a damaged Palma Luxe settee which obviously happened during transit at some point. Kettler soon replaced the item after providing a photo. Very satisfied with the helpful customer service.

We bought a polywood top table and matching woven sofa and chair set. Five years ago. It has hardly been used as it has been in storage for several years due to a house move. We have used it for one summer only and the top of the table has faded from a deep grey to a uniform green/pale grey colour. This is after just one season. The garden set was very expensive, surely the polywood should be UVA proof? UPDATE 15th May 2023 After listing my previous review Kettler customer services contacted me and asked for details regarding the problem with my polywood table and, very much to their credit, Kettler did not quibble and immediately offered to replace the polywood slats. Their customer service has been outstanding, I can not praise them enough. I will definitely buy Kettler garden furniture in the future because I know they can be trusted to listen to their customers and correct any problems that may arise with their merchandise. Thank you Kettler, well done.

I purchased some garden furniture from Kettler which appeared very nice. When we assembled the garden table there was a large fracture in the glass. I reported it to the retailer who then contacted Kettler. I was told that they did not do singular glass replacements and had to have the whole table replaced which would need to be disassembled and which had been difficult to assemble in the first place. I eventually arranged for a singular glass replacement and spoke to Kettler on 4th May (3 weeks after I received the furniture). I was past from pillar to post speaking to four people and eventually spoke to the most unprofessional, unhelpful man called Rob. He advised that the next available date for delivery was 26th May, I asked if this could be reviewed and he informed me that there were other customers who came before me, so the answer was no. Awful experience, avoid and go elsewhere. I still don’t know if the replacement glass will be delivered on 26th May no confirmation has been received. Next step is a refund.
