I bought a Kettler Elba Dining range, a full set with some extras. Within no time at all much of the surface finish had flaked off, the whole set looks a complete mess. I had even been sold an expensive protector to use the day it arrived, which i did. Kettler are not interested, despite one of their field agents visiting and agreeing that the product had failed. This is completely unacceptable, they charge good money for this range and it should not just fail. This is much like the paint flaking off a new car and the manufacturer not accepting that it's a problem! NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL, DO NOT BUY.

If you have a budget for good garden furniture avoid Kettler. I literally spent thousands of pounds with Kettler and wish I had spent elsewhere. I purchased 1x L shape sofa, 1x garden table with built-in in gas fireplace, 2x Recliner armchairs, 1x Small garden table, 1x 3m parasol with built in lights and 1x Grey steel gazebo with retractable roof. All with Kettler covers. Let's start. Kettlers customer service is non existant. I'll give you an example. When the Gazebo turned up none of the welded joints matched up. I raised this with Kettler. They email back an apology acknowledging there was an issue where they have them made. Zero attempt to resolve the issues. Once they have your money they don't want to know. I had to get this fixed myself at additional costs. Other issues Rattan looses shape on corners. Chair cushions are poor quality. Recliners seize up. Parasol foot switch doesn't engage allowing swivel movement. Worst of all is the Kettler covers. Avoid at all cost. These are not wheather proof. They are extremely expensive. In 3 years I am on my second set all paid for by me. Nothing from Kettler. I've just had another one go. This time the fire pit table. This supposed weather proof material literally turns to paper after around a year and a half. You won't see a response on here from Kettle because as I mentioned earlier, once they have your money they don't care. Avoid. There's plenty of better garden furniture companies out there at the same price point

I had a problem with my item which can happen from time to time. I contacted Kettler and received an almost instantaneous response no tooing and froing and endless emails Items being replaced and customer service been excellent throughout Rare for large companies to do this.

So grateful to Kettler (Neil in particular) who helped enormously. Fixed my treadmill's circuit board and posted back within a day. This type of service makes me feel secure in the knowledge that the next fitness equipment I buy will definitely be made by Kettler. A big thank you.

Bought a couple items from Kettler UK, one was an Everdure BBQ and the other was a kitchen stand. Both are great, however we had an issue with the BBQ that required a warranty replacement. The replacement request was handled professionally and I got a brand new BBQ delivered on the day promised and the old one taken away. Cant say enough for how happy we were with this service. Bought Kettler Henley garden furniture from John Lewis several years ago. Guaranteed for 5 years. After 4 years a couple of the chairs developed some rust patches. Kettler were amazing. We sent photos and they immediately offered replacements. This year we noticed one other of the original chairs had some rust, now considerably out of guarantee. Due to the earlier problems we had experienced, they have replaced the final chair too. We love the furniture, which has sat outside all year round for the past 7 years and still looks like new. 10 out of 10 for customer service and satisfaction.

We bought some Kettler garden furniture from John Lewis over two years ago. The third summer we noticed the rattan was disintergrating. John Lewis refused to assist as they only provided a two year guarantee and we were just passed the two year mark. I emailed Kettler who immediately agreed to send a replacement. I'm delighted to get such good customer service!

Purchased a parasol for £200 which came with a 1 yr warranty and after just 3 uses a bolt sheared off and the parasol was unusable. Kettler were quick to send out a replacement bolt but the bolt was the wrong item and then spent a month trying to get the correct bolt sent out to then be told it wasn’t covered under the warranty as it was due to customers misuse. They initially said it was a manufacturers fault and the changed their mind. Appalling product and appalling customer service. Would never purchase from Kettler again!

Needed new foot caps for 20+ year old patio chairs & table and Kettler were extremely helpful in identifying correct items and despatched them promptly. Also gave simple tip to aid the fitting the caps which did in fact made the job much easier. Great customer service from friendly staff.

I purchased a Kettler wooden garden bench for my elderly mother only to find there were 2 screws missing! Very disappointing 😒 Update: I emailed Kettler and they responded promptly offering to replace the missing screws. Thank you Kettler!

We purchased the Charlbury 6 seater dining set and winter cover and were initially impressed. 3 years on and a few weeks out of warranty the rattan in the table top started to disintegrate. I spoke to customer services who initially pointed out that it was out of warranty but later contacted me and agreed that it should not have degraded so quickly. They have since replaced the table which now looks very nice again.

I bought a plush floor heater. Which we used for a 70th Birthday meal when sitting outside. Really disappointed, it is huge, so expected it to throw out a reasonable amount of heat. To be honest nobody where ever they where sitting seemed to benefit from it. It shows on the graphs the heat pattern, but no one found it effective. A lot of money to find no real difference. Also a very very short lead which seems silly and it seemed to use a lot of electricity for no real benefit. It feels like a waste of money.

We purchased the Kettler Palma corner set from Charlies. It’s a gorgeous set however the quality is poor. A few of the cushions faded after a few months of use meaning we now have mismatched cushions. Then we move onto the table itself - despite using coasters and table mats, if the sun hits any glass at the right angle it causes the table to melt. We had it replaced once and purchased larger table mats but it hasn’t helped and we are left with small holes in the table again. The only way around this would be to use a tablecloth to cover the whole table or to not use any glasses which defeats the purpose of an outdoor dining set. It’s such a shame as I do really love the design, it’s just not fully fit for purpose.

Recently bought the Ibiza Heater for my patio, it looks the business! Needed to change my delivery date and the customer service team were so helpful. Delivery was quick. Very happy with my order.

Love my cacoon chair, but unfortunately It has blown over in the recent strong winds before I could put the frame and chair away. I now need touch up the paint work. Where can I buy Kettler grey touch up paint for the metal base. Your web site is only selling white.

Kettler palma table and corner sofa. Initially over the moon. Used the protection to keep it looking nice and Kettler cleaner. We always go careful but there are marks all over the table and it looks awful. It cost a lot of money and I would never buy a Kettler again.

Bought top of the range parasol with sound and lighting. V expensive at £600 and thought it would be top quality. Waited 3 months for i in the first place (Covid times) and when it arrived there were holes in the parasol as the weave is poor so you can see the sunlight through it. Told Gardens 4 less who said who got them to order another one, waited another 3-6 months and it arrived after my husband put the new one on and guess what exactly the same problem and quality. Their quality control is v poor and haven't heard back despite my numerous complaints. They are washing their hands of it as its over a year but that's due to their delays not mine :( Better quality in home bargain. Do not buy.

Great compact rattan corner sofa set. Sturdy frame and great quality cushions. Did spill something on one of the cushions when first purchased and worried stain would not come out but came out pristine.
