Who are we? It’s a tricky question when people ask who we are. We’d like to give them the same sentence each time: “We are a company that sells low priced luggage, backpacks, handbags, purses and accessories”. Unfortunately by the time we’ve finished, people have usually fallen asleep. Anyway, we’ll give you the shorter version, it’s more poetic: “We’re saving the world from overpriced luggage”. When we’re not saving the world, we’re making sure that everyone who buys from us is left feeling content with their choice. We’re not going to give the whole ‘The customer is always right’ speech, but without our customers we wouldn’t be here, so they’ll always be our priority. Anyway, that’s enough about who we are. To see why you should buy from us, by all means please read on. Why Karabar? It’s as easy as 1, 2, and 3. 1. Great service How do we give a great service? Well, we stock most of the products ourselves, so they’re ready to leave our warehouse straight away. Your order is hand-picked; we haven’t advanced to fancy robots just yet. This allows us to check for any errors, pack it with a barrel of love, place some protective airbags in the box, ready for you to pop and scare people as-and-when. This whole process is usually done on the same day; nothing stops us at Karabar HQ. Not even a mere cold can dampen our work flow. 2. Low prices How on earth are they so low? Simple really, we cut the importer, the wholesaler, the sales reps, and every other person in between so that we can do it ourselves. We even have our own dedicated design team. Not only can we make quality items for less this way, we think it’s only fair that you should pay less too. Because we like to brag about our low prices, we show you what they could have been sold for at recommend retail price. We like to break convention. 3. Outstanding customer support It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying from us, about to buy from us, in the middle of buying from us, or just bought from us, we’re here to help. We know every other company will give you that kind of statement so what else is new? Well for starters we’re open from 9am-5pm every day; you can reach us by live chat, email or phone call between those hours. You can even contact us by post if that’s your thing? If it’s delivered by horseback we’ll probably give you a free item. Guess what else we have? A free-phone number for landlines, none of that 0845 nonsense! Ultimately, we’d like our customers to treat us like friends and vice versa. We’ll try and give you a great experience from online store to door.

This is the second bag of this type that I have purchased from Karabars and once again the shopping experience was excellent. Really good price and spot on free delivery, what more could you ask for? This company deserves to be patronised.
We bought a Salisbury suit cover, which is an excellent purchase- big enough to hold more than 2 items of clothing on hangars. There are also a couple of zipped compartments for other items to be carried.
Excellent value and service
An item I ordered was not delivered on time. When I contacted Karabars, an extremely pleasant and helpful woman investigated and discovered that the courier had failed to ask for missing address information (house name); the parcel had been sitting at the courier depot for 5 days whilst the courier did nothing to expedite delivery. To be clear, Karabars had passed on all the correct info, something went wrong in someone's data records somewhere. In order to resolve the problem quickly, Karabars recalled the original parcel and issued another identical item direct to me on a next-day delivery. This turned up without any trouble and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Well done Karabars for listening and understanding my problem (not having a suitable bag in time for my flight) and going out of your way to provide a solution.
Ideal size wheeled travel bag, to go under 15kg at budget airport check in. Very roomy to bring back a few souvenirs!

I bought a backpack, it came on the promised delivery date and was excellent value for money.
Karabars went out of their way to fulfil my order after my first order went astray in the system and then my second replacement order was out of stock. They sent a higher value item at no extra cost by express delivery to compensate for my inconvenience. A very satisfactory conclusion. David, Leeds.
For the moment have only taken 1 trip so very early to say if it will stand teat of time. I concern would be if marks and scratches would leave permanent marking on case so far they all come off.
The service and the product couldn't have been better
Excellent service from ease of ordering to rapid delivery. I have now bought two suitcases and found them superb value for money. I have already recommended Karabars to friends and family.
It's so difficult to buy a case which is an ideal size for a two week holiday, which, when packed to the full, is within airline weight requirements. This 79 litre case is ideal. So easy to manoever too with 4 wheels. Delighted with it.

I ordered a large wheeled holdall which arrived but was far too big in volume..... I contacted the Customer Service team (Amy & Suzanne) who were very helpful; ensured that my 2nd choice (a great Jeep wheeled holdall) arrived and my original one returned. this is the 2nd time I've bought from Karabars and would recommend both them and their products

From order to delivery 4 days product is a good robust case ideal for the frequent traveler it is very agile and manovrable.
I can't comment on the bag I purchased as it arrived after I left for my holiday. I purchased it on eBay with delivery stated as Yodel 48. They used Hermes instead. I know Hermes doesn't have the best reputation but it is at best a 3-5 day service and had Hermes been stated I would have opted for express delivery or another option. So it's the after sales service that counts right? Not with Karabars, they are slow to respond, ineffective and defended themselves by stating "We use both Yodel and Hermes however they offer the same delivery service (48 hour tracked delivery)." So I am off without the bag for my holiday. Had I had an apology or some attempt to correct the situation, I would have been happy. As it is my recommendation is go elsewhere. I will review the bag once I return from holiday. ... Back from holiday which would have been easier if Karabars had delivered as promised via Yodel and not Hermes. The Jeep brand bag seems fine and matches their description. I can't comment as to it will survive with real use as it will be some time before we are away again. In short I would suggest the the Jeep brand products seem okay but Karabars do not know how to communicate with slow or very inaccurate replies. Their customer service really does not care, they will ignore you for as long as they can then make feeble excuses for their poor service. You will note that they contacted me on here two weeks after failing so abysmally. I will not be replying as I have no wish to hear more excuses that are just plain wrong. In short I will buy elsewhere and my advice is to do the same.
I know there are great quality items. I just went for the cheapest for a 2 or 3 times use item and it is ok. Everything around it was excellent.
