Who are we? It’s a tricky question when people ask who we are. We’d like to give them the same sentence each time: “We are a company that sells low priced luggage, backpacks, handbags, purses and accessories”. Unfortunately by the time we’ve finished, people have usually fallen asleep. Anyway, we’ll give you the shorter version, it’s more poetic: “We’re saving the world from overpriced luggage”. When we’re not saving the world, we’re making sure that everyone who buys from us is left feeling content with their choice. We’re not going to give the whole ‘The customer is always right’ speech, but without our customers we wouldn’t be here, so they’ll always be our priority. Anyway, that’s enough about who we are. To see why you should buy from us, by all means please read on. Why Karabar? It’s as easy as 1, 2, and 3. 1. Great service How do we give a great service? Well, we stock most of the products ourselves, so they’re ready to leave our warehouse straight away. Your order is hand-picked; we haven’t advanced to fancy robots just yet. This allows us to check for any errors, pack it with a barrel of love, place some protective airbags in the box, ready for you to pop and scare people as-and-when. This whole process is usually done on the same day; nothing stops us at Karabar HQ. Not even a mere cold can dampen our work flow. 2. Low prices How on earth are they so low? Simple really, we cut the importer, the wholesaler, the sales reps, and every other person in between so that we can do it ourselves. We even have our own dedicated design team. Not only can we make quality items for less this way, we think it’s only fair that you should pay less too. Because we like to brag about our low prices, we show you what they could have been sold for at recommend retail price. We like to break convention. 3. Outstanding customer support It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying from us, about to buy from us, in the middle of buying from us, or just bought from us, we’re here to help. We know every other company will give you that kind of statement so what else is new? Well for starters we’re open from 9am-5pm every day; you can reach us by live chat, email or phone call between those hours. You can even contact us by post if that’s your thing? If it’s delivered by horseback we’ll probably give you a free item. Guess what else we have? A free-phone number for landlines, none of that 0845 nonsense! Ultimately, we’d like our customers to treat us like friends and vice versa. We’ll try and give you a great experience from online store to door.

The company itself were fine (although one day their customer services phone number wouldn't work at all which was frustrating) however, I got through to them the next day to find out the item was despatched the day after I ordered it. It took a long time to turn up though because they use Yodel as a delivery company. Say no more. I probably would not have placed this order if I had know that.
The picture of this in my opinion is very diseaving - it is a soft bag that has no substance unless it is full and it will not stand up without you propping it up . Because of the soft caseing it would be easy to overfill it and therefore the bag is too big for cabin size. You live and learn .
Good service, bought 2 holdalls and 1 cabin case, paid for next day delivery but never came next day but money i paid for delivery was refunded so cant complain, would buy from again.
Second time I've ordered a case from Karabars. Fast service and good value when they have no delivery charge options.

Wrote the review below a couple of days ago. I then emailed the address on my invoice. Was contacted within a matter of hours and asked to send a photo of the fault. In less than 24 hours Karabars are despatching a replacement. Fabulous service. Full marks. Hope they get their IT issues sorted quickly though. Previoius review:Tried to contact Karabars today to talk about a warranty query. Can see from other reviews that this seems to be a decent, trusted company but their phone system doesn't work, neither does their live chat service so they can't be contacted for customer service, or more importantly for them, for Sales. Can see from their reply to a previous review that they may be having IT issues, so giving them the benefit of the doubt and hope they will contact me soon.

Ordered 2 cases 1 arrived damaged. Have sent 4 emails no reply. Their live chat no one answers and also the phone number works but when you make a selection to be put through to a department it cuts of. So I am left with a damaged case that I have paid for and can't contact the company. Bet
The company and their products are very good, delivery a bit slow.

After a slight defect with one of the bags when customer service were second to none, luggage appears to be very robust and really good quality. Will certainly be ordering from Karabars again. If I need to!!!

Found my perfect case on Karabars website and the price was perfect too! I need a hand luggage sized case for my upcoming trip to Rome that's big enough to fit all my female needed stuff (straighteners and Atleast another pair of shoes! Plus clothes of course) Easy to purchase, no problems with delivery, all round satisfaction x
I have not used bag yet only had a few days but it looks very good quality built to last. wheels are protected ideal for long airport walks . With the added back pack straps to use when you have a second bag keeping a hand free.can be used as a normal backpack when loaded with heavy items can be wheeled saves back pain. handle looks good for carrying up stairways
