Who are we? It’s a tricky question when people ask who we are. We’d like to give them the same sentence each time: “We are a company that sells low priced luggage, backpacks, handbags, purses and accessories”. Unfortunately by the time we’ve finished, people have usually fallen asleep. Anyway, we’ll give you the shorter version, it’s more poetic: “We’re saving the world from overpriced luggage”. When we’re not saving the world, we’re making sure that everyone who buys from us is left feeling content with their choice. We’re not going to give the whole ‘The customer is always right’ speech, but without our customers we wouldn’t be here, so they’ll always be our priority. Anyway, that’s enough about who we are. To see why you should buy from us, by all means please read on. Why Karabar? It’s as easy as 1, 2, and 3. 1. Great service How do we give a great service? Well, we stock most of the products ourselves, so they’re ready to leave our warehouse straight away. Your order is hand-picked; we haven’t advanced to fancy robots just yet. This allows us to check for any errors, pack it with a barrel of love, place some protective airbags in the box, ready for you to pop and scare people as-and-when. This whole process is usually done on the same day; nothing stops us at Karabar HQ. Not even a mere cold can dampen our work flow. 2. Low prices How on earth are they so low? Simple really, we cut the importer, the wholesaler, the sales reps, and every other person in between so that we can do it ourselves. We even have our own dedicated design team. Not only can we make quality items for less this way, we think it’s only fair that you should pay less too. Because we like to brag about our low prices, we show you what they could have been sold for at recommend retail price. We like to break convention. 3. Outstanding customer support It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying from us, about to buy from us, in the middle of buying from us, or just bought from us, we’re here to help. We know every other company will give you that kind of statement so what else is new? Well for starters we’re open from 9am-5pm every day; you can reach us by live chat, email or phone call between those hours. You can even contact us by post if that’s your thing? If it’s delivered by horseback we’ll probably give you a free item. Guess what else we have? A free-phone number for landlines, none of that 0845 nonsense! Ultimately, we’d like our customers to treat us like friends and vice versa. We’ll try and give you a great experience from online store to door.
Easy shopping experience, good price and fast efficient delivery. Will be using on holiday in a few weeks so can't comment on durability yet but looks as good a quality build as an Antler Revelation case we have.
I ordered a set of two suitcases but only one arrived. I emailed and was promised the other one would be sent, but after 10 days nothing had arrived. I then phoned the company and the person I spoke to said it had not been sent. It finally arrived the next day.
Very please with how my new suitcases look. I just hope they survive my travels!

Grantham 2 piece luggage set purchased earlier this year. Used on family holidays with no issues. Looks great. Swivel wheels work really well - even coped with gravel car park at Manchester Airport. Nicely presented interior. Good price. Very pleased.
Ordering direct from Karabar was very easy and much cheaper than other sites. My suitcase was delivered within a few days, well-packaged and was tracked. The suitcase itself is beautiful, real quality and built to last. I love the Hot Air Balloons design, which is so distinctive.

The trolley appears to be very sturdy and well made. Unlike cheaper alternatives, the body of the bag slides over the frame and is not just attached via a couple of velcro strips. The only minus is that the umbrella holder is too tight for even the smallest of handbag brollies. I use the bottle holder instead. I've only used the trolley twice since it arrived but I'm reassured by the 10 year warranty. A cheaper make I bought online recently developed a hole in the first 10 minutes.
Our bags didn't survive our trip around Central Asia. One was falling apart because the wheels didn't have sufficient height to clear the ground and dragged causing splits on the underside. This was very disappointing and the bag was held together most of the time with duct tape. The other was a bit better but again where the bag was wheeled in places it caused the zip to fray. Again duct tape was required. Generally very disappointed and would not recommend for usage.
The quality of the materials looks excellent and the general design looks fine but I have two niggles. First the top will not be adequately sealed to keep the shopping cool. Second the base of the bag is not adequately secured to the frame and the shopping may slop from side to side.

No problem whatsoever. Going around one country in Europe I had no problem carrying the bag around to lakesides, rivers and mountainous regions in Switzerland from the UK via Easyjet.
One case arrived dented. The customer service we received was perfect, a new case sent out at our convenience. The suitcase set is great too! *****
