Lösungsorientierung und Kundenfreundlichkeit. Der Versand mit UPS ist wie immer nicht zufriedenstellend. Sie liefern sehr selten bis zur Tür, meistens kommen sie nicht vorbei und lassen das Paket bei einem Abholgeschäft. Ohne Auto müsste man mit zusätzlichen Transportkosten rechnen.
