Very disappointing I ordered a personalised puzzlefor my parents from Jessops as I know the brand is well known and had promised before Christmas delivery...boy was I wrong After trying to track my item 5 days later it still hadn’t been processed and was nowhere near being shipped. I made 5 phone calls to various members of staff who kept telling me that the item was on its way and the reason why the tracking didn’t state that was because it was the Christmas season, ( I had ordered the puzzle before the cut off period for Christmas delivery) The staff I had spoken to in regards to locating, recieving and trying to track my item were very unhelpful and tried to shift the blame on one another. Christmas came and went and still no sign of the package. After trying to get any form of a clear helpful answer from your staff I then received my package a week after I was meant to, I wish I had something positive to say, the gift was ok quality,except the image was upside down on the box!?!? I tried to make an attempt to cancel my package and purchase elsewhere but I was told because it was personalised I couldn’t (even thought it hadn’t even been processed) I wouldn’t recommend Jessops to anyone I know!
Pictures become outstanding when viewed in a album, much better than our friends seeing them on a screen. Everyone thinks that we are clever, but it is all down to the computer programme and Jessops. G King
The end result was good but it took a lot of stress to get there. I had a promotional code for a 90 page book for £30 from a Jessops photo advert. When I came to the checkout the code was not accepted. After a lot of communication I was given a different code. I ended up paying £30.99 which was fine (although I was told I would be refunded 99p but I didn't bother chasing it up).
First class, I'm very happy with Jessops.
Great application for putting together a photo book. Easy to use and really flexible so you can sort and arrange your photos as you like and use them as background to other photos. Will use after next trip!!
Results for the photo-book were very good, service quick and a relatively painless process.
