Ordered 4 posters in one order. They haven't arrived. Contacted Jessops. No reply. Raised a dispute with PayPal. No reply. It's now not about the order or even the money. If you can't invest in a proper customer service experience in 2022, you (Peter Jones) really have no business in retail.
I sent a video of my wedding from 1973 to be copied onto a DVD In November and have never received it. It is not possible to talk to anyone in person and email and live chat is convoluted, takes ages, and I have been told that the item has already been sent to me. However, they will not give me a tracking number or any further explanation. This is dreadful service and I would warn anybody against using this company, especially if you may lose precious memories.
BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM JESSOPS ONLINE SHOP, THEY WILL SELL YOU PRODUCTS THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK WITHOUT INFORMING YOU! They send an order confirmation email and leave you waiting for tracking information indefinitely. When you email them, they ignore emails and their live chat is not always working.
I ordered a camera and some film from Jessops. I had a confirmation by email then a few days later I received the film only. I contacted Jessops to see what was going on with my order to be told they dont have the camera in stock and also no date for expected delivery to them. I now have some expensive film and no camera. I have been told it is my responsibility to return the film with a caution about its condition on return. I was not told the camera wouldn't be forthcoming by email, I had to find this out myself. This has left me without a Christmas present at very short notice.
Disappointing quality on a large acrylic print. There was too much red in the image, and it was over-sharpened. I complained and they blamed the original image. Fortunately, Bonusprint have done a much better job, so I know a better print is possible. A waste of 40 odd quid though. I won't be going back.
Literally the worst experience with a company ever. I ordered 5 items a month ago. The first part delivered 2 items late! After many chats and phone calls, they tell me the rest of the stock is out of stock. I then get assured the rest of the order is coming in a few days. I get a parcel only containing one other item! Still waiting on the last 2 a month later! Terrible service, never order from them!! They seem to have really bad warehouse issues!
I have contacted a gentlemen by the name of Jamie on a few occasions and his professionalism and knowledge shone through. He took the time to explain everything to me in connection with my purchase and I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided. Thank you Jamie
slow service..company blame royal mail when they only dispatched at the end of the time window (excluding W/E ) it will be 11 days before the photos arrive
I have ordered and had delivered 2 separate gloss canvasses in the last few weeks Really pleased with them and delivery was quick Good value as well with 50% off using online code
Went to pick up an item we had reserved from the Manchester store. The staff were aggressive and unhelpful and told us to leave the store and never come back. Our crime. we wanted a paper receipt which we are entitled to by LAW...AVOID AT ALL COST
Rubbish printing service. They printed my photos without without faces, heads, hands, legs. If there was an issue with cropping, somebody should have contacted me to let me know. £100 of my money wasted.
I ordered photos on 22nd and they never arrived. They said they'd re-print and re-ship but still waiting. You'd think they'd have sent by express shipping seen as they got lost and I've been waiting ages. Last lot of photos came quickly.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....ZERO RATING....I spent over £800 on a set of 8 photobooks for a very special present and did not receive No8 desribed as lost in transit.I explained to JESSOPS this made the other 7 useless as it was a 10 year story in photographs.Their customer ROBOTS service are the most useless unhelpful team i have ever experienced. They do not help in anyway or even reply to questions.I have had to reorder and pay as the option offered to me was to wait another week to see if it arrives and no refund for the other 7......? DO NOT USE JESSOPS
Can we give zero stars please, as Jessops are nothing short of con merchants, taking orders with 'delivery by' dates that they clearly have no intention of sticking to, and as other posters have said, it is impossible to get through to anyone. DO NOT TOUCH JESSOPS - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Not worth 1 star, ordered a printer and it never arrived, can’t get hold of anyone an all emails ignored, been waiting weeks now for £180.00 refund AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I’d give no stars for customer service if I could. I ordered two wooden photo blocks before Christmas but only received one. Phoned them and the customer service person was quite patronising in tone- said the second one was on its way. It has never arrived. I’ve emailed them twice but no response (apart from the automatic message) and totally given up on phoning them. Fortunately for me not too much money lost - especially as I found their site so useless for the calendar feature that I ended up ordering from their opposition. I won’t ever use them again. It’s a shame because they used to be great.
I thought I bought a £1,000 camera body online from Jessops. I cancelled three business days later. > I did not receive an order confirmation or any other communication, whatsoever. > The order did not appear in the order listing on my account. > Nobody is answering either Jessops' emails or phones. > Jessops could not provided any idea when my order would come or even if I am on their active delivery list. > I had a protracted live-chat discussion with an agent (the only means of communication) after arguing with their bot to let me speak to a human, who told me all I needed to do was wait and everything would be fine. > I was told 'We're having an IT glitch'. >I've cancelled. Obviously. Jessops is giving a very good impersonation of a company that is about to declare itself bust.
Same as everyone else on here. Live chat doesn't work. Customer services office closed. No reply to emails. I ordered some expensive wall art over two weeks ago and cannot find out if our when it is going to be delivered. The website said it was guaranteed to be delivered before valentines day, it wasn't. I don't mind if a company struggled to fulfil their promises as long as they communicate with you. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Save yourself the hassle and order from elsewhere.
I am so disappointed. If they are not open for business you shouldn't be able to use their software for a photobook! I have made a few in the past and always pleased. Somehow a strange red oblong arrived on the top of one page, half way through my book. I could not delete it and have not been able to get anyone to help me. NO PHONE OR RESPONSE TO EMAILS FROM 14TH JANUARY. It allows me now and again to store subsequent pages so I constantly am optimistic about it working, but only partially and different each time??? It makes no logical sense! I have wasted days! Wish I had read these reviews earlier!
Ordered acrylic photo almost a month ago, got a email on 18th Jan it was dispatched but no sjgn of arrival to today. My biggest problem is non existant communication from jessops. Any new customers plz note. - don't be fooled by offers, order from Amazon etc. And get in time. - their phone line is literally dead - they never respond to emails at all
