I have always received excellent quality photo books - using different sizes and paper qualities - delivered promptly to my local store. The software has been improved to make accessing photos from computer easier and also advising if you use the same photo more than once - by mistake or intentional.

shame i had to download app to complete my calendar although when i got used to the app it became helpful. quick producing the item though long time waiting in transit. quality product.

I personally think there is too much of a colour difference when the photobook was printed to fully appreciate the photos. It didnt come cheap, the paper and bound strength of the actual book was good but the colours were overall 'too' saturated. Not that happy with the end product.
I have run off over 10 Hardcover A4 Cewe Photobooks with mixed photos and text and find it very flexible and easy software. On those occasions when I have had queries or problems, the response has been excellent.
I have used Jessops for many years and have always found the staff helpful and courteous. Their photobooks through Cewe are my favourites but recently I did a whoopsy and managed to order the same book twice within minutes of each other. I immediately contacted Jessops and, in spite of their 'Terms and Conditions' which state an order cannot be cancelled once made, they did in fact cancel my extra one immediately. I was so grateful for this - as a 73 year old widow with no family to give an extra book too, a £50 unwanted photobook was an expense I really couldn't afford. I didn't have to make any excuses or pleas - Jessops just did right by me. Thank you so much.
Easy to use software with great results
Rude customer services and very unhelpful. It took over a week for my delivery to be ready for collection! Would not recommend nor use the online jessops service again.
Delivered on time and a quality product
I am disappointed in the quality of the images. They were taken using a high spec lense and we opted for the premium phot paper. Unfortunately a lot of the images have printed grainy and without definition. Not what I expected when looking at quality online.
Amazing! The quality of the phone case looks brilliant, it’s a gift for mother’s day so I hope she likes it :) the only negative would be that the cases are quite pricey, would have been nice to have had a discount code for my first order or as a thank you some off of my next.

Photo book came out well and delivery to store was earlier than expected which was great. However online software to create the photo book was painfully slow and several images that had been scanned in would not like up correctly so we're off centred and needed playing about with effects to hide this which was annoying. Called their support number during the process and they were helpful and available until decent time at night which is handy.
Ordered photo books as presents for my two oldest girlfriends for their 40th’s - so happy with them, truly wonderful gift. My only criticism would be I think the wording on the spine is the book run the wrong way / fine if laid down but when stood up it’s tricky to read...but that’s just me being picky
Went into store (MK) and was assisted to make my first large scale canvass print on the machine in store. Very pleased with end result when it came back in only a week so much so I then did another 4 of various sizes online which was very easy. Equally pleased with results when I picked them up in store. A good service and everything is sent so well wrapped. Would highly recommend.
The prints and albums are excellent quality. Collection from the store was easy and at s great price.
I have used Jessops to create photobooks on several occasions. The resulting product is very good, even on the standard paper. I like the software, finding it very easy to use. The price is reasonable, though not always the cheapest, although there are often discounts available on the web site.
