The most gorgeous photo book. Very easy to use software and book delivered promptly as promised. A lot more expensive than others on the market but look out for promotions and well worth the extra.

Problems in login through software site, in online site too, before Christmas. When sorted through head office over three days the resulting order went through without problems and the results are extremely good.

Despite an e-mail stating that my framed print (of my 1 year old daughter) would be in store, it has been 'lost'. This picture was framed for my father who suffers from dementia. On top of that, there is now a picture of my 1 year old floating around somewhere. Disgraceful.

Fabulous application to gather, edit, preview and upload. Simple to use and one of the best priced on the high street and web. I will use them again and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Pictures were zoomed in on when printed, quality was very good but the zooming has ruined a few photos

Very pleased with the photo books, speed of processing and rapid delivery to the store. This would have been 5* rating. I also ordered an aluminium wall art print which was equally as efficient. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the print and wish i’d gone for a standard print at much less cost. I don’t think this was down to source quality.

Very easy to upload photos and create an acrylic wall photo. It was delivered to my local store for collection and I was thrilled with the final product. Also got this item half price in the sale, result!

The first point is that the colours were not as I intended; I already had calendars produced but with a different company the colours were spot on. I felt that it would have been better for a photographic specialist to have used a variety of formats not just .jpg such as a CMYK or maybe a tiff. I would have liked to have added a brief description of each photo and as this is a British calendar pre-printed feast days/holidays etc. (with the option to remove them if not required).

I can’t review because my photos got sent to Basingstoke store (my fault admittedly having clicked wrong button). I rang the store explaining the situation, i live 40 mins away from Basingstoke so wondered if I could pay for postage and have them sent to me. I spoke to a lovely man who seemed more than happy to do this when my photos arrived in store and asked me to phone back in a couple of days. When I received the email to say they were now in store I rang and spoke to a different employee who said they don’t have that facility so unfortunately I won’t be able to have them sent to my address. The person I spoke to was very polite, however I find this quite ridiculous, I’m willing to pay for postage... there is most definitely a post office in Basingstoke so I’m not enitirely sure why this isn’t possible. I couldn’t be bothered to question why this wasn’t possible but definitely poor service if this is the companies policy? I work for a small business and we are forever sending things out to clients (free of charge), so struggling to understand why a large company wouldn’t be able to do this?

Great product - downloaded the software and spent 2 evenings building my book. Called the helpdesk with a couple of queries and found the advisor very friendly and helpful. Arrived promptly and I love it!!! Great holiday memories brought back to life again!!
