I ordered the large landscape gloss photo book and the quality is very, very good. I’m really pleased with it. Ordered on a Sunday and it was delivered from Germany by Friday. I will order more. Well worth the money. A great present for someone.

the best quality that I've been found in Leeds !

Having been informed by email that it had been delivered to the store, I went to collect the photograph I had ordered. I was incredibly disappointed with the rudeness and poor customer service at the store. To top it all off they discovered that the notification of delivery had in fact been sent out in error and the photograph was not yet dispatched. I asked Jessops to send the photograph to my home address given that I had already travelled to the store once before on receiving the false notification. They explained that they would be able to do this but I later received an email to say it was not possible to send it to my home. This was a special present for a friend and the experience was totally disappointing. I had read an online article reviewing the different printing companies available that suggested it was a good service but unfortunately I cannot disagree more.

Quality of photos is fantastic and very consistent. Speed of service excellent. My only issue is that it is confusing as to whether you are ordering CEWE or Jessops and the final website/app discount options ( free presentation box or money off) isn't clear. I had to claim my money off retrospectively so be careful. Other than that lack of clarity I would endorse 100%

I couldn't have asked for a better service and the pictures were brilliant - I particularly liked the fact that they were flat instead of rolled

I have recently had a photo book printed for which I am pleased but I did not take enough time to make sure every aspect was right i.e. the size and whether to put a border on and the fact that some of the photos were out of the page or on the border so not the same as others, all my fault so they printed exactly as the customer asked for, good, all my fault but do stress the importance to examine the finished product to make sure it is exactly as wanted by the customer before sending it for printing but otherwise very good. Shall continue to use Jessops.

Not the best quality print to be honest, took ages to deliver. Would recommend going tonight local store and speak to staff directly rather than use internet service.

This was my first order and it was delivered exactly as promised. Quality is excellent. any slight flaws were entirely due to my inexperience in using the software, and hurrying to get the order away. A little more time spent polishing the book before submission would have been well spent.

Ordered a 90 x 60 foam back photo and when it arrived it looked brilliant but it was cracked during delivery. They replaced it with an apology and it looks amazing. Would definitely use them again with confidence

The photo arrived damaged which is a shame because I wanted to submit it for a competition. My fees were refunded without any quibbling.
