Great product, I was nervous about printing my book after the hours of work but it really did come out just as it was on the page. I closed and reopened my design a few times to ensure all the bugs were gone. Would definitely order similar in future

The photo book software is easy to use and the printed books match what one sees on screen. The turn round time from submission to delivery was also good. The books are expensive but worth it.
My prints took a week to arrive, customer service is awful. I rang the phone number a ridiculous amount of times and no answer for 30 minutes, consecutively. The support service got back to my email after 14 days, which is way more than what you would expect. Also, my prints were on the wrong kind of paper. I didn't even bother saying anything because that would probably take another month to be dealt with.
Uploaded my photo online, chose the canvas size and received confirmation of my order almost immediately. 3 days later collected my printed canvas from my local Jessops store. Very impressed with the service and the print quality of the canvas. Would recommend.

Edinburgh store failed to advise that the photo book was ready for collection 10 days after I received notice that the order had been despatched. I had to pursue the shop to discover they were holding it. Poor service.

Photo book better than expected. First time I’ve used Jessops and the crew programme. The website kept crashing and reloading which was really frustrating. I didn’t get chance to add boarders and words. But the end result was a lovely landscape book. Really impressed
