Loved the book but had lots of spare pages for more photos so wd have liked being informed so I cd add more
I find ordering items on jessops website quite easy to obtain, and the advice they give to make up a photo book good also. One ring I would say is once you have started to compile the book you can't add any more photos, or I haven't found a way to yet.
Lovely job. Did exactly what I needed and arrived quite quickly.
The only reason I didn't give Jessops 5 stars was that the software used to make up the booklet wasn't totally user friendly!
I print all my books on high gloss and the printing results are stunning. Really professional look. Most of my travel books are over 120 pages meaning they are a bit pricey so I can only print them when special offers come along though.

Software for creating photobooks is even easier to use than ever. Everything worked perfectly.
I uploaded 3 images for print (30x30,30x40,40x50) on 25/01/18 paying £3.25 for delivery. On 04/02/18 I sent an email enquiry asking if i would be email an expected delivery date and when it was dispatched. I got the automated email informing me I would receive a response within 24hrs. I am still waiting. The following day I received an automated email from jessops saying it was dispatched at the same time getting an email from UPS, on behalf of Jessops, stating i would get delivery on 02/07/18. I thought perhaps this was a typing error and I would receive it on 07/02/18. Obviously not! I went onto the ups tracking it it would seem correct. 6 months delivery time is appoling for 3 common size prints. UPDATE: it would apeart the fault was with UPS issuing the incorrect date of delivery. Richard assured the delivery would be with me the following day. He was very professional and cleared it up quickly. A real asset to the team.

Customer service is generally not the issue, rather it's the technical challenge of uploading 100 images +. To upload 500 or more takes a WHOLE DAY. The website is not the easiest to use. I am now editing my photos myself using Lightroom and feeling less happy with the quality of the prints I receive... Occasionally, the packaging is flimsy so there is minor damage. However, when it comes to price, I appreciate Jessops.

Easy to create a lovely book, I chose hard back and std paper. Great result as usual. Very happy with the books. Unfortunately the delivery wasn’t quite as satisfactory- DPD left the parcel at the wrong address. DPD sent a photo to let me know it had been delivered and left outside. I Informed Jessops straight away and the parcel arrived 10 minutes later ! Would have been 5 stars if delivery had gone to plan.
