The finished product is excellent but a simple downloadable instruction sheet would have helped at the start. Much of the facilities I found by trial and error.

Great service provided and good quality products. My order included items a photo mug and and prints. When i went through the check out the items were separated and i was charged delivery twice. At the time disheartening, especially as i was using a discount and shopping on a budget. However, I emailed Jessops and they refunded one of the delivery charges right away. A very happy customer, and i will return!

The quality of the photo print was appalling.... i was handed it in a battered box and the privy was crumpled and bent. Totally unacceptable. The advisors opinion was that it wasn't their fault .... i had made a 30 mile round trip to collect it. I refused to accept it. When i asked if there were any quality control checks i was told it want the shops fault. I am totally disillusioned with jessops about this and other lack of customer service. I will be telling all my photography contacts and friends. Very very unhappy customer (of anyone cares).

My second experience of using the software was just as good as the first. I have had rave comments from the recipients of the album. My only caveat, which I have already discussed with Jessops, is that the software would not accept the PNG format files sent to me, although they were quite acceptable to Windows. I had to convert them to JPG format. As other PNG files gave no trouble we eventually decided that the problem was caused by a fault in the digital camera. However, other customers may encounter the same trouble, which is why I mention it here.

The product arrived as on the tin, really pleased in the finished item. However the packaging of the item could be further protected especially on the corners. When the item was unpacked at home, after collecting from the store, minor damage was present on the corners, we can only assume during dispatch. Regards S Chohan

Ordered two items for a family birthday. One turned up late and the other has been between factory despatch and shop for two weeks (I suspect lost). The shop staff are pleasant but clearly don’t know where things are.

I was delighted with the crewebook which was much appreciated as a gift to commemorate my sons wedding. The quality was great especially with the hard back so professional.

Ordered a canvas print on-line for collection at named shop. Informed of progress at every stage and four days later it was hanging on my wall. Shop staff (Derby) friendly and helpful too. Print quality from one of my photos better than expected.

Very good and excellent quality prints prompt delivery

Good product Didn't find making up the album all that easy but I think I should have downloaded the software and used that. However, the online helpline was efficient.

Easy to order, quickly delivered, good protective packaging, very good print quality. I'd definitely use Jessops again for poster prints.

Photo book is excellent. Quality paper and worth every penny.

Fast delivery and good value. Beware that they cannot print panoramic images and if your photos are not standard format (eg square) make sure you tick the original aspect ratio box or they will be cropped. I made this mistake but was refunded without any problem - good customer service.
