Very good quality photographs - very quick service. 2 minor issues: 1: the time it took to upload 40+ photographs (but understand this is a big file!) 2: I missed the question about ‘post out’ or ‘collect in store’ and had to go back to change- it would be good if you could select ‘post’ when the ‘select store’ question is asked.
The framed photo arrived promptly. It looked beautiful and was loved by the person I was giving it as a gift to.

The finished product is fantastic. I would have given 5 stars if it had been easier to make. One book I started in A5. I would have liked to have changed it to A4 half way through but there was no option to do this without having to start the project all over again. Being able to change things at the end such as paper quality or hard back to paper would have been really helpful. Gorgeous finished product though.
I found the book fairly easy to do. Easy to pick up and staff at the shop were nice
I went for a bigger size 8" x 6" instead of 4" x 6" the basic size and they put (fit picture to frame) instead of normal print.
I recently ordered a photo book and had some issues with it, my problem not Jessops. I had to contact Customer Services and they were really helpful. At every stage they did what they said they would do which seems to be a rarity these days. I am so happy with my purchase and have already told others about my experience with Jessops.

Ordered my canvas the day before valtentines day, had a email two days later to say it had been dispatched. It said i would get another email saying when i clould collect, didnt ever recive anything, had to go in the shop several times to ask if it was in or not! Not acceeptable!!!!
What a fabulous photo album! The software online was wonderful. I wish that the downloadable software was as good as the online one as I would have wanted to save my book however it did not allow for the 'magnetic lines' to line photographs up with each other or check things were centralised. So after much trying to replicate my on line book with the software so I would be able to save it I had to give up. That being said, as someone with a degree specialising in photography, I was delighted with the product. Having the flexibility to set photographs as backgrounds, choose your own or a custom layout and have such excellent quality printing and paper really made Jessops Cewe books a clear winner. My only request would be to also have gold front cover lettering on the XXL size books.

I created 2 hardback photobooks, each with pictures and text, for 18th birthday presents for my sons. The software was easy to download and use. I liked the fact that I could save and return to the books several times over a couple of weeks, until I got the layouts how I wanted them. The books arrived within the expected time frame and are great quality. I was unsure which paper type to choose, and eventually went for the gloss finish - it is definitely glossy and I imagine it will be hard-wearing. I am really pleased with the books and would recommend having a go!
I was really pleased with the outcome of my book. Its really a professional finish. However I found it difficult to move the photos around and delete pages I did not want. So the "construction" of the book was very time consuming.
