Excellent service. Although a little pricier than others, Jessops photos provides quality products, great easy-to-use software and a fast and efficient service. I have been extremely satisfied with the photo books that I have bought from Jessops. What could have been a laborious chore assembling the photo books became a creative and enjoyable job due to a very customer friendly software that allows maximum flexibility and choice. Thank you.

Photo book is great. Really good quality printing and finish. Jessops customer service was very good. When parcel hadn’t arrived (delayed possibly because of all the bad weather) they immediately agreed to reprint free of charge. Would definitely use again.

I wish the canvas frame was a little thicker - 4cm would look much better - but the service was quick and quality good.

I was able to place my order easily and Jessops Photo service advised me on the quality of my item before I placed it. My order went through without a hitch and the item was of the quality that I expected, especially with the rating prior to placing my order.

Nothing wrong with the photo book that arrived but it is no better or worse than most others available. My mistake, I somehow managed to spend hours and hours preparing a 100 page Cewe photobook but accessed via the Jessops website which meant my significant discount voucher was not valid. Most other sites were offering 40% discount. I contacted Jessops to be be told they don't offer discounts so I had the choice of starting from scratch on another site or paying way, way above the odds (for an A3 book). Stuck for time so bit the bullet. Helpline said they would feed back my comments about the prices. I'm sure big changes are ahead then (not!). My advice - google and go with whoever is offering 40% discount.

I had spent a long time creating a photobook with CEWE and submitted it within the timescale (up to 2 working weeks) I was told was necessary for the date (an important birthday) required. Despite having been informed by CEWE that it was printed and dispatched to my local store well in time (10 days before my deadline) it never arrived in time - and still hasn't. Sadly and very disappointingly the important deadline was missed despite my best efforts. The store staff were as helpful as they could be, I guess, as it would appear to be a mail company (Royal Mail?) problem but nevertheless it constitutes part of the system at Jessops who thus must take responsibility. (Granted there were a few days of Arctic conditions in this period whence post could understandably not be delivered but that still left many intervening days when it could).

I have never been disappointed with the photo books produced by Jessops I find the software very user friendly I have never been tempted to use any other company. My only regret is that your special offers/discounts never seem to coincide with the time I am making my photobook
