The photobook is beautiful and only took a week to be ready.

I ordered two copies of a photo book I prepared. Two copies duly arrived. On first inspection all looked fine. Printed covers, coloured pages ..... but one had my photos in it and the other didn't! No photos at all. A call to the support line resulted in prompt action. The original file was corrupted for the second copy. I was asked to resubmit the order for one copy with the cost covered by a supplied code. Asked to email them the new order number so that they could check the uploaded file. Prompt response saying that new file was fine. 24 hrs later email received to confirm despatch of the new copy. Have produced a number of photo books with no problem. When a problem occurred it was resolved quickly. Happy to recommend

The online service was easy, the final product is excellent quality. The time between receiving the email to say the product had been dispatched, and the email from the store to say taht the product had arrived, was quite long.

we still haven't received our print! this is despite dispatch being confirmed 12 days ago....

I was disappointment to find that my 'collect in store' order wasn't printed in store and instead was printed elsewhere then shipped to my chosen store. This resulted in unnecessary time delays in my print being ready to collect and also increases it's carbon footprint!

The photo book product is easy to upload and use as well as quick to send. The item itself is of high quality, the help team, when needed, very efficient and the finished album is returned within a week.

Kerry Mularky has been absolutely fantastic helping me with jessops/cewe voucher and has been helpful, friendly, efficient and very personable. With an issue that could have been very frustrating Kerry went above and beyond to help us get what we needed and there was no issues. On that basis alone with the customer service support I received I would definitely recommend. However we were also really really happy with the finished products: two cewe albums for our wedding photographs, a customised mug and many many prints and an enlarged photo. Thank you so much for all of your help. Fantastic vouchers and excellent service all round.

Cant recommend Jessops enough. Have ordered five canvas prints of various sizes all have been delivered quickly and have been of a qualty build.

The prints I ordered were ok, but I was disappointed that they had edited the pictures. I had already edited them and had them exactly how I wanted them! They also took forever to arrive! I ended up sending them to another online printing company, 100% much better. I got them back exactly how I wanted them and in just 2 days!!! Won't be using Jessops again, sorry.

While many of the images I used were old and therefore not of the best quality, there was a genral inconsistency in the reproduction.

Quick service at a reasonable price. The one thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that it took longer than i would have liked to upload the photos from my phone. Would certainly use again.

Easy to create online. Some images did not have good print quality but a warning was not given when they were selected.

This is the second photo book I have had. Both times I have been super impressed with the quality of the pictures and the speed with which the book is produced. I will definitely be ordering more.

Excellent result. I was unsure of the quality of the photos but they have been beautifully printed and the glossy black paper sets them off wonderfully. I would unhesitatingly recommend.
