Quality pf photograph was good but process failed in that they were supposed to call when the print was ready to pick up but they didn't inform me.

We had 2 prints ordered to be delivered to store. Got email saying they were ready to be picked up. Went to the store, the staff took the order number and then came back with one envelope only saying he couldn't find the other one. Asked us repeatedly are we sure we have two prints and even asked us to open it to check. The label on the envelope clearly says envelope 2 of 2. He then asked us to leave our details with them and will check with store manager as she was not around and asked us to contact customer service. Just as we were doing this, the manager came back, asked us what's going on. She then went and check again and got our other item in like 5 sec. On the up side, both prints look good.

Will never use this service again. Picture of quality was atrocious

Although I chose Jessop's own suggested layout the bottoms of some of the words were chopped off which rather detracts from the finished book.

Creating an album was straightforward with this program. There are plenty of bells and whistles to use if desired. I chose a heavy weight satin photo paper which was more like stiff card in the final product because pages were bonded back to back. Although more expensive, the album’s construction allowed it to hinge open absolutely flat on every page, without needing a wide inner margin. Photo quality exceeded expectations and delivery took less than two weeks.

Got exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price and was delivered well on time will definitely be using Jessops for all my picture needs in the future.

We created a couple of collages using the desktop app as wall art for our son's 15th birthday and were nervous whether they would turn out as we saw on the app OR if the photos would look blurred. But, both turned out very well. Very pleased. The app was intelligent enough to show warnings if the photo resolution wasn't good enough.

I required a leaving gift for my staff as I am retiring. I thought a photo gift of the department would be good and a Mug as a memory could be quite nice. Requiring a quantity of twenty pieces I had my reservations on the quality of the product, packing of that volume,method of delivery and breakages. Contacting the chat line gave me some confidence but there was still some unknowns, in the end I just placed the order for all twenty with a little concern about the possibility of it going wrong. The quality of the product, the method of delivery and the packaging were all superb very, very chuffed with the product and would recommend this service to anyone.

I have used this service before the photo book i created. This is amazing the photo quality is excellent and even if the photo is not right at the end they let you know so you can either change the photo or keep it the same and the price is reasonable too excellent gift idea thank you much apperciated

3rd time I've ordered and have never received an email to tell me the photo book is ready to collect. Each time I've got bored of waiting and popped in to Jessops on the off chance it might be ready and each time my photo book is ready for collection, but no one ever let me know. Glad I didn't have to make a special journey to collect. This aspect of the service could be improved !

I wanted to do a photo book for my daughters 40th. Although I found it a little difficult at first, with the help of the online chat, I managed!!! It takes a bit of getting used to. I ordered the book and was hesitant about what it would be like. Very pleased with the results and looks much better than on the computer. Will use Jessie’s again. Delivery was prompt.

jessops have never let me down, i have used their services for many years and always find the whole procedure to be efficient and trustworthy. only one little niggle , when using the picture compiler for books/canvases etc it can be very skittish and i do spend a lot of time having to redo , but i get there in the end.
