Great photo album, excellent quality and great value. I had hoped to book an express delivery which did not come up as an option when I got to check-out. Staff on the phone and email all tried to be very helpful but the album did not arrive any quicker. This is not a complaint - but it is best to know this if you need a speedy order.
I have tried a lot of online photoprint companies over the years and ended up frustrated with their websites, mistakes made with orders, poor quality etc etc but when I stumbled upon Jessops I thought I had found the promised land and have stuck with them ever since

The quality of the photos is very good even though some were old. The book came within a week of sending it through and I was pleased with the quality of the pages. It was also easy to assemble. I will use this company again.

I ordered a soft cover small photobook. The quality is very good, good clarity and colour in the photos. It was a present for my daughters friend, they loved it.
Although the canvas looks very nice and it was ready in about 2 weeks, it was an odd experience, they did not send us any notification of the order being ready to pick up as apparently they lost the tag and they didn't know the canvas was mine.. In the end calling customer service was the only way to know It was ready.
