6 weeks ago, I ordered one CEWE BOOK XXL album with Gift box to deliver to Leeds store, when I went to collect, Jessops delivered only CEWE BOOK without Gift box. I made 4 calls to claim my gift box. They listen but they did not take any action until my 4th call then I received my gift box next day. After this resolve, I ordered another two CEWE BOOKS at my home address and they charged me delivery charges on both albums and when I phone them to deliver to one of your Jessops store then they refused it. Now when I got my post, one of the CEWE BOOK plastic cover was torn. I knew they wont help me on this so did not made any phone call and accept my damage. Over all the quality of the work is good but service is very disappointing.

Superfast service, program intuitive and easy to use. WYSIWYG - boot identical to program. This is our second book - both have been excellent quality.

At one time I used to manage a Fuji Minilab for Jessops producing high quality prints. Your website is very easy to use and upload images. The time factor in receiving the Photobooks was very good and the quality excellent. I suppose the only down side was the cost. But that will not deterr me using your services again. Highly recommended

Really pleased with photos good quality and quick service

I used Jessops Cewe Photobook software for the first time. I downloaded the free software and took my time to design my holiday photo album manually. I was very impressed with what you can do, especially given it is free. Once finished and added to the basket, a few days later the album arrived and I was amazed - it looks exactly like it did on my computer - amazing! I plan to use it again.

Easy to purchase, but when putting in my ‘WN’ north west postcode it offered me central London only and I accidentally clicked on resulting in my print going to Oxford Street, London. Rang Jessops customer services and as a good will gesture they asked me to ask the Oxford Street branch to return it and they would send it to me directly for no extra cost. It did take a few weeks and the error was a bit disappointing, however I was really pleased with the service to correct it .

I was really impressed with the quality and speed of service and hope to be ordering another photobook very soon. I will be a long-term customer from now on

Photo book is excellent, and easy to produce using downloadable software Only downside was receiving an email to say the photobook had been despatched and would arrive in 1 to 2 working days, and it took 5. But it was within the time estimated

Made a book of black and white old family photos for a neighbour. She was over the moon. The CEWE books are excellent products. I also made a book of our Borneo holiday photos choosing lie flat matt photo paper format, the result is fantastic. The only thing that didn’t turn out quite as expected was putting a text box over a map I inserted. The resolution in print is different which means the map is darker than it appeared on the screen so it's harder to read the writing, but the rest of the book is brilliant, the quality of the prints is amazing. The discount offered meant the book for our neighbour was 'free' too. Result!

A fantastic service all round from Jessops including my local store who scanned photos for the photo book and the man on the help desk who helped me out of a panic when I thought I’d lost all my work so far! They were all great and helped me produce a great book of photo memories for my husband’s 70th birthday.

Great once I downloaded the software to order my prints but it is not clear on the website that this is what you need to do so I wasted a lot of time and had to request a refund for my first attempt. This needs to be made clearer.

I love my photo book! I also went in to the shop to collect it and received excellent customer service when wanting to print a photo from my phone.

Happy with product but took too long. Delivery to shop was much longer than expected.

Exactly what I wanted. Picture Perfect!

Once I had the software installed the process was seamless. Without the software loading up 300 pictures didn't work for me, the load process seemed to grind to a halt. The chat facility worked well and teh advice to load Jessop software was the solution.

Great value, good product and fast service let down slighly by shop forgetting to advise that product was ready for collection

I had several ueries regarding my Photo Book which was dealt with to my satisfaction.
