I created a photo book with you guys. I had hundreds of photos which took me forever to choose, but it was an easy process making it. Was then 2nd one I’ve done with yous and won’t be the last. The recipient was very happy as a belated Christmas and mother’s day present!
Just be aware to leave space between the text and the photos. Mine ran over on a couple of occasions and this was not evident on the software.
The service was great and fast.The album came out very beautiful.
I ordered a framed picture for my son as a sort of house warming present. The web site was easy to navigate and prepare my picture. The picture arrived well packaged and in good time. I am happy with the picture and may order again if I fancy seeing one of my photos in a large frame. I was a little shocked at the postage cost which bumped up the price quite a bit. But i guess if I had ordered more than one print the postage would of seemed more reasonable.
Good service and very good finished product nicely presented. Canvas required as a present and it hasn’t disappointed. Very well done would recommend.

I think the only think I would improve is the WYSIWYG preview of the types of finishing - I would like to look at the options once I had installed my photos. But quick service and a quality product
quick and easy
First purchase of online prints went smoothly. Second attempt was a headache with a seemingly 2 stage login process, 1 for Jessops main site and another account for online printing. Had to create a second email account and pw to get through this. Original account and pw not recognised. Actual product is good though.
Brilliant service have now used several times, the photos are lovely and clear and excellent finish. Quick return of the photos by post. Will always use Jessops. thank you.
Love my photo book, my photos came out well and there are a huge variety of arrangements you can play with for each page. I particularly loved the fact that I could download the software are put the book together on my laptop and only upload all when I had finished. It was clear how much it was going to cost and when I decided a hard cover plus extra pages was getting expensive, with one click I changed to a soft cover and reduced the overall cost. I will definitely use Jessops again.
Ease to use website. Excellent quality of photo enlargement (to 45cms x 60 cms poster size) and printing. Delivered to promised timescale.
I ordered a book, which I created using Jessops software. It was easy to do that. When the book came, I was very pleased with it. All of the pages of the book were printed beautifully on fine paper and looked lovely. The covers were a little less so. The spine had white top and bottom which was not what I wanted. The front and back covers also had white to one edge, which wasn't there on the images that I provided for the covers. So if it hadn't been for these minor defects, I would have given it 5 Stars.
Really good service & quick delivery
Printing quality is fantastic. Fully happy with service, website easy to use. Takes a few days more than you might expect to receive photos but well worth the wait.
To long to get the photos As an online service it took to long to receiver the photos, 2 weeks! Really bad experience I'll not use the online service any more, I'd rather print directly at the shop or use another online service.
Excellent! No problems encountered and the finished product was worth every penny.
I only used the service as I had vouchers that I had to use up. For the most part an efficient service end to end but I question the quality of the frames I received as one had a dent and a splinter but the other was just fine. Also I was unable to include both frames in one delivery as I had two vouchers so had to order separately and pay delivery of £10.00 each.
We had a problem initially when our album disappeared although we had saved it. However, the customer service team helped us recover it and the finished book looks excellent.
