The software is easy to use, the layout options can be easily changed and I loved that I could use photos that may not have been the best, make the image larger and reposition in the frame so it looked more central. Having a warning when the image quality will be too poor. Adding labels was great, adding extra pages... I can't think of anything I didn't like about it.

This relates to the Cambridge shop. I received good advice from friendly and professional staff and rate the whole experience of advice and subsequent purchase highly. Not being able to buy over the phone and the shop being rather small for a city the size of Cambridge is my reason for not giving five stars.
Paid over the regular cost for first class post but order took over 5 days to deliver after dispatch. Phoned customer service to chase the who could not help as they did not have access to the system, really? For customer service department that is pretty poor. My partner also ordered photos from a competitor after I did, paid less and photos arrived earlier. Actual quality of photos are fine.
Used Jessops for the first time and was very pleased with my prints, really great quality and professional service.

15 days ago I ordered and I was told that I'd get an email when my item was ready to collect. I've had no such email, and I'm unable to contact the store as the phone number on the confirmation email is "TBC". After 8 days, I popped in to the shop as I'd heard nothing, expecting my order to be ready to collect - after all, they have printing equipment in store, so I assumed my order would just be printed there. But no, it's printed somewhere else and then shipped to store (talk about inefficient). So right now I've paid £50 for an item, I have no idea where it is, I've no way of contacting the store where I'm to pick it up, and no one from the Jessops Photo website is responding to my queries. The service in store is brilliant, but I certainly won't be using Jessops Photo online services again and I recommend you do t either.
We ordered personalised, photo cards as thank you cards for our wedding gifts and the quality of the cards was excellent

There are other options for getting prints of your pictures when it comes to quality and options I choose jessops every time.
Dreadful quality prints. Colours are faded or over-saturated. Some pictures are extremely dark. Some colours change massively with each page.
Jessops photo books are excellent quality and were printed and despatched swiftly and efficiently.
Highly recommended and canvas’ received quickly (non peak period). Very impressed. When you first view it suggests colour only but once ordering you can purchase in mono. Would benefit stating in description as I nearly did not order.
