The photo books are amazing quality. I went for the premium photo paper when i created a collection of memories dedicated to my mum. So pleased. Sharp pictures and really thick paper, the lay flat pages an extra touch, would get these again

So easy to order send choice of having them posted or pick up in store.

Very pleased with quality of photos and album. I found the process of writing text beside the photos cumbersome, but otherwise a good around service.

Great service

Very pleased with my album it arrived quickly, well packed and looked great. It was hard work creating the album (86 pages) but the online assistant and smiley face to indicate a good quality photo was excellent.

Product wasn't sent out in time. Initial contact with customer services was good but a request to send replacement to an alternative address or pick up in store was ignored and therefore product is still in the postal system somewhere. The reply from Jessops below doesn't address the fact that I requested the items to be sent to an alternative address or pick up instore. One item was for a birthday on 12 June and the other was for Father's day, had it been sent to a new address I may well have received them in time. I don't really understand why I was sent an email asking me to fill out a Trustpilot review but nothing responding to my email. Look after your customers first and they will look after you.

Excellent quality product which is delivered quickly.

I had previously purchased a large messenger bag from Jessops a few years ago with which I was very pleased. The bag delivered, although the photo is very good, the quality of the new bag is significantly inferior to the previous bag. It has fewer pockets and those pockets were handy. The material is more flimsy and I cannot believe it will last as long. Limited description on website. Service was excellent with speedy delivery. I use the bag on a daily basis

I've never had anything but excellent service from Jessops in all of my dealings with them.

I really like the personalised photo albums possible with the Jessops programme. I use a number of favourite backgrounds, frames and arrangements. It's a nice way to share pictures with friends without it being overload!

Always a beautiful product - software much easier to use than it used to be . love the finished item - love showing them off do a photo book for every holiday we go on.. x

Loved it and easy to make

Ordered 3 items online , received email confirming delivery of order to local store and items ready for collection, went to store to collect order, only 1 item dispatched, store refused to call up the customer service team to enquire about missing items , asked me to call instead , I call customer service , told that store should have had an update, was promised by customer service that I will get an update by next day , no news next day , I call up customer service again and threaten to complain to the CEO, in a couple of days I get an email confirming pending items ready for collection, go to store for collection and get a rude store assistant who needs convincing that the items have been dispatched to the store and I need to collect them .. finally after 2 weeks I collect my order Terrible customer service, poor communication to customer, because the order was made online the store had no interest in helping the customer

Jessops did me a great quality poster print with excellent colours, delivery was quick also, Thanks.

This was the first time using Jessops online, I will definitely use again. The website was easy to use, the quality of the photos was very good and they came well packaged. They also arrived when expected after receiving follow up emails. Would recommend Jessops to others.
